1 Scope

This standard applies to cold rolled tompakova tape brass brand L90 (hereinafter — the tape), used for the production of elements of target ammo.

3 Terms and definitions


This standard applies the following terms with respective definitions:

3.1 crack: a Defect in the form of local rupture of metal of different size and in any direction.

3.2 gap: a Defect of the surface in the form of through discontinuities of the tape.

3.3 bubble: the Defect of the surface in the form of a localized expansion of the metal of different sizes and shapes.

3.4 scale: the surface defects in the form of patches of residues, oxides, pressed into the metal surface during the deformation.

3.5 captivity: the Defect of the surface in the form of delamination, often azkabanu forms, partly United with the base metal.

3.6 nakoly: Defect surface in the form of a recurrent point of the recesses or through holes.

3.7 shell: the surface defects in the form of grooves, having an elongated or dot shape and chaotic arrangement.

3.8 scratch: a Defect of a surface which is a recess of irregular shape and an arbitrary direction.

3.9 dents: a Defect of the surface in the form of randomly-spaced local depressions of different sizes and shapes with sloping edges.

3.10 darkening: a Defect in the form of land or solid dark surface of the tape.

3.11 copper plating: Defect in the form of redness of the surface.

3.12 the ragged edge: a defect of the tape surface in the form of rupture of the metal at the edges.

3.13 edge wrinkled: a Defect in the form of local crushing of the edge of the tape.

3.14 color tint: defect of a surface, representing a rainbow oxide film that is present on a solid surface.

3.15 Burr: the Defect surface, which is a sharp as a ridge protrusion, or a twisted spiral strip of metal in the cutting of semi-finished product.

3.16 a ripple: the Deviation from flatness, in which the surface of metal products or individual parts have the form of alternating convexities and concavities, are not provided in the form of rental.

4 Assortment

4.1 Thickness and width of strips, the maximum deviations thereon shall be as specified in table 1.

4.2 Tape made of random length. The length of the strips should be not less than 20 m when the thickness of the strips up to 0.75 mm inclusive, and not less than 10 m when the thickness of strips exceeding 0.75 mm.

It is possible to produce ribbons of a lesser length but not less than 5 m not more than 10% of the batch weight.

5 Technical requirements

5.1 Tape manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to the technical documentation of the manufacturer, duly approved, brass brand L90 GOST 15527.

5.2 produce cold-rolled Strip in soft condition.

5.3 the surface of the strips should be free from contamination, hindering its inspection. On the surface are not allowed cracks, breaks, bubbles, scale, slivers, nakoly, sinks, scratches, dents, bringing the tape at reference sweep for tolerances for thickness.

Permitted darkening, copper plating and color of a tint on the surface of the tape set according to the sample agreed between the consumer and the manufacturer.

5.4 Tape should be trimmed evenly and should not have a significant Burr the churchyard 15467. Wrinkled and ragged edge is not allowed. Only small undulations, disappearing with a control curve.

5.5 Camber strips shall not exceed 3 mm per 1 m length.

5.6 Mechanical properties of tapes must meet:

— elongation after rupture ГОСТ Р 53499-2009 Ленты томпаковые. Технические условияis no less than 38%.

The upper limit of the strength may be higher, but not more than 20 MPa (2 kgf/mmГОСТ Р 53499-2009 Ленты томпаковые. Технические условия) while maintaining elongation.

5.7 grain Size of the strip material should be not more than 0.06 mm.

6 acceptance Rules

6.1 Tape take parties. The party should consist of strips of the same size shall be furnished in one document about quality that contains:

is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

— the name of the country of manufacture;

— legal address of the manufacturer and (or) the seller;

— the symbol of the tape;

the results of mechanical tests;

the results of the test microstructure and chemical composition (on demand);

— the batch number;

the weight of the party.

The weight of the batch is not more than 2000 kg.

6.2 quality Control the surface size and camber are subjected to every roll of ribbon.

6.3 For the tensile test and determine the amount of grain taken three rolls of strips from every full or partial 1,000 kg batch of tapes. Determination of the grain is carried out at the request of the consumer.

6.4 For the control of the chemical composition selected two rolls of tapes from the party.

6.5 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the performance indicators specified in 6.3, 6.4, and it is carried out a re-test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.

7 Methods of inspection and testing

7.1 inspection of the tape surface is carried out visually without the use of magnifying devices.

7.2 Measurement of thickness of the tape is carried out at a distance of not less than 10 mm from edges and not less than 100 mm from the end of the tape roll.

The measurement is required for both ends and the middle part of the tape. The measurement of the thickness of the tape is carried out with a micrometer type ML according to GOST 6507 with lever or micrometer according to GOST 4381.

7.3 measurement of the width of the tape is carried out in a single place at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the end of the tape roll.

The width and length tape measure measuring metal ruler according to GOST 427, caliper according to GOST 166 or metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502.

7.4 Camber of the tape measure according to GOST 26877 in one place on any area of the roll.

7.5 For the tensile test from each selected roll of tape is cut one sample. Sampling is carried out according to GOST 24047.

The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 1497 on a proportional flat samples of type I or type II ГОСТ Р 53499-2009 Ленты томпаковые. Технические условия, ГОСТ Р 53499-2009 Ленты томпаковые. Технические условия20 mm.

7.6 To determine the amount of grain from each selected roll of tape is cut one sample. Determination of the grain is carried out according to GOST 21073.0 — GOST 21073.1.

7.7 For the analysis of the chemical composition of each selected roll of tape is cut one sample. Selection and preparation of samples for chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 24231.

Chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 1652.1 — 1652.13 GOST, GOST 9716.1 -GOST 9716.3. General requirements for methods of analysis should correspond to GOST 25086.

Allowed to the manufacturer of the sampling carried out by the molten metal.

Allowed to carry out chemical analysis by other methods of equal precision specified.

If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 1652.1 — GOST 1652.13.

7.8 Waviness of the edge diffraction checked ribbon around the mandrel with a diameter of 100 to 120 mm. If the ripple does not disappear, the roll of tape is rejected.

7.9 permitted to use other methods of control and measurement tools, providing the necessary accuracy.

If there is disagreement in the definition of indicators monitoring is carried out by methods specified in this standard.

7.10 the results of the measurements are rounded according to the rounding rules established in ST SEV 543.

8 Packing, marking, transportation and storage

8.1 Tape must be rolled into rolls. The winding should avoid changing the shape of the coil under the action of gravity.

8.2 the Rolls of tapes must be tied with metallic ribbon size not less than 0,2x10 mm or a wire with a diameter of less than 0.5 mm. Binding: wire — stranding at least three turns of tape to the castle.

Rolls of tape should be wrapped in paper or synthetic or non-woven material that protect the outer surface of the roll from contamination, and Packed in wooden boxes.

The space between the coils and the walls of the box should be filled with dry wood shavings or other equivalent material that does not deteriorate the quality of the tape.

8.3 each roll of tape shall be attached a label showing:

— trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

— the name of the country of manufacturer;

— the legend of the tape;

— batch number;

— stamp of technical control.

8.4 as packaging AIDS and materials and means of bonding shall apply:

— paraffined paper GOST 9569;

— steel tape according to GOST 3560;

— steel wire according to GOST 3282;

— synthetic tape on the technical documents;

— synthetic and nonwovens for technical documents;

— wooden boxes of types I, II according to GOST and GOST 2991 10198; dimensions of boxes — GOST 21140 or technical documents;

— pallets according to GOST 9557 or GOST 9078.

It is possible to use other types of packaging materials not inferior in strength of the above, and other types and methods of packing, providing safety of product quality.

8.5 Consolidation packages in overpacks carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26663. Means bonding in the transport packets according to GOST 21650.

Packaging is carried out on pallets or without pallets with the use of bars with a height of not less than 50 mm with strapping in the longitudinal and transverse directions with wire of diameter not less than 2 mm or tape of size not less than 0,3x20 mm Binding: wire — stranding at least five turns of tape to the castle.

Weight of cargo must not exceed 2000 kg. Weight of cargo space in covered wagons should not exceed 1250 kg.

8.6 In each drawer must be attached to the packing slip, containing:

is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

— the name of the country of manufacture;

— the symbol of tapes;

— the batch number;

the net weight.

8.7 Transport marking under GOST 14192 with the application of manipulation sign «Protect from moisture».

8.8 Packing tapes, to be sent to the far North regions and equated areas according to GOST 15846 in the group «Metals and metal products."

8.9 Tape transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with transportation rules and conditions of loading and fastening of goods, operating on transport of the species.

8.10 Tapes should be stored in covered premises. When storing or transporting the tape must be protected from mechanical damage, moisture and active chemical substances.

8.11 Upon receipt from the consumer of the tape should be kept in stock in the manufacturer’s packaging at least three days to equalize the temperature of the strips to the room temperature.

After this period the boxes should be unpacked and rolls of ribbon laid out on the shelves of the warehouse. Tape should be stored in heated rooms.

It is forbidden in the winter time to open the boxes outdoors and make the rolls in a warm room.

9 manufacturer’s Warranty

9.1 the Manufacturer guarantees the conformity of tapes to the present standard requirements provided the customer observes the conditions of transportation and storage.

9.2 the Warranty period of storage tape 12 months from date of manufacture.

9.3 after the warranty period of storage of the tape before use must be checked for their compliance with the requirements of this standard and compliance can be used by the user to the destination.
