the weight of the party.
The weight of the batch is not more than 2000 kg.
Allowed to issue one document about the quality on some tapes of the same size, shipped to the same consumer, indicating the batch number.
5.2 quality Control the surface size and camber are subjected to every roll of ribbon.
5.3 For the tensile test and determine the amount of grain taken three rolls of strips from every full or partial 1,000 kg batch of tapes.
5.4 To control the chemical composition selected two rolls of tapes from the party.
5.5 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the performance indicators specified in 5.3, 5.4, it is carried out a re-test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.
6 Methods of control and testing
6.1 Inspection the surface of the belts is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
6.2 Measurement of the thickness of the tape is carried out at a distance of not less than 10 mm from edges and not less than 100 mm from the end of the tape roll.
The measurement is required for both ends and the middle part of the tape is not less than three places. For final result take an arithmetic average value at each site. Thickness measurement is carried out with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 type ML or lever-type micrometer according to GOST 4381.
6.3 measurement of the width of the tape is carried out in a single place at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the end of the tape roll.
The width and length tape measure measuring metal ruler according to GOST 427, caliper according to GOST 166 or metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502.
6.4 the Camber of the tape measure according to GOST 26877 in one place on any site.
6.5 For the tensile test from each selected roll of strips cut on the same model. Sampling is carried out according to GOST 24047.
The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 11701 on a proportional flat samples of type I or II and 20 mm.
6.6 To determine the amount of grain from each selected roll of tape is cut one sample. Determination of the grain is carried out according to GOST 21073.0, GOST 21073.1.
6.7 To analyse the chemical composition of each selected roll of tape is cut one sample. Selection and preparation of samples for chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 24231.
Chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 1652.1 — 1652.13 GOST, GOST 9716.1 -GOST 9716.3. General requirements for methods of analysis should correspond to GOST 25086.
Allowed to the manufacturer of the sampling carried out by the molten metal.
6.8 Waviness of the edge diffraction checked ribbon around the mandrel with a diameter of 100 to 120 mm. If the ripple does not disappear, the roll of tape is rejected.
6.9 permitted the manufacturer to use other methods of control and measurement tools, providing the necessary accuracy.
If there is disagreement in the definition of indicators monitoring is carried out by methods specified in this standard.
6.10 the results of the measurements are rounded according to the rounding rules established in ST SEV 543.
