trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;
the symbol of the strip;
the results of mechanical testing (at the customer’s request);

The weight of the batch shall not exceed 500 kg.
By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer, the party should consist of beryllium bronze one the heat.
3A.2. To determine the chemical composition, tests on the hood of the spherical hole and the bend is taken from the party on two lanes or two rolls of tapes. Allowed the manufacturer to carry out the sampling from the molten metal.

ANNEX 1A (binding). METHODS OF QUALITY CONTROL OF THE FRACTURE OF BERYLLIUM BRONZE FOR THE PRESENCE OF DELAMINATION
ANNEX 1A
Mandatory
This method is designed to check for delamination in the fracture of beryllium bronze and measuring the total length of these bundles.
1. EQUIPMENT
Muffle furnace, type MP-2U or other furnace according to normative-technical documentation approved in the established order.
Device for automatic control and registration of temperature of the furnace type EDR-120 GOST 7164−78.
A device for loading samples into the furnace.
Device for the fracture of the samples.
Binocular microscope type MBS-2 or MBS-1 with the eyepiece 8and 8 eyepiecewith diopter sights and a scale (to measure the length of the bundles).
2. PROTOTYPING
To check the quality of the fracture of each roll and each selected strip is cut sample with a length of 50−80 mm in the direction of hire.
3. HEAT TREATMENT OF SAMPLES
Samples of beryllium bronze are subjected to heat treatment in a muffle furnace. The treatment must meet the specified in the table.
The condition of the material |
Temperature aging (dispersion hardening), °C |
The time of exposure, h |
Soft (tempered) |
3 and warm-up time of the charge | |
Solid (deformed after hardening by 30−40%) |
310±5 |
2.5 warm-up time of the charge |
After aging the samples at this temperature to unload them from the furnace and cooling in air.
4. QUALITY CONTROL FRACTURE
The samples after aging (dispersion hardening), and cooling is subjected to fracture across rolling.
Compliance specified in the mode table aging must ensure that brittle fracture of the samples.
A preliminary inspection of the fracture samples is carried out visually.
Measurement of the total bundles in the fracture is performed under binocular microscope type MBS-2 or MBS-1.
The study of fracture surface it is recommended to direct light at an inclined position of the sample. To get the most clear images of individual sections of the fracture it is necessary to change the angle of the fracture surface.
To get the size of the bundle in the eyepiece of the microscope attachment set two eyepiece: the eyepiece 8and the eyepiece 8with the diopter sights and the scale. The price of one division of the eyepiece scale when increasing the scale of the drum of a microscope, equal to 0.6 corresponds to about 0.17.
The number of divisions of the eyepiece scale corresponding to each bundle in the fracture of one sample are added up and multiplied by the division value (0,17). The result is the total length of delamination (mm) in the fracture of one sample. If the total length of bundles exceeds the allowable value, the repeated control of the fracture at twice the number of samples.
The study of the structure of the fracture under a microscope is carried out without pre-treatment of the fracture (without the grinding, polishing and etching).
To obtain an even break before aging (dispersion hardening) of the sample is carried out pruning of 0.1 thickness across the cross-section in accordance with the drawing.
