7 Methods of inspection and testing
7.1 Control of dimensions and surface quality is carried out with a given probability of 97.5% (the acceptance level of defects AQL=2,5%).
7.2 the Quality of the wire surface check inspection without the use of magnifying devices.
7.3 the wire Diameter is measured on each selected reel of a micrometer according to GOST 4381, GOST 6507 or other devices that provide the necessary measurement accuracy.
The measurement of the diameter of the wire is carried out in two mutually perpendicular directions of the same section in the beginning, the end and in the middle of the roll. In diameter taking the average value of one or more pairs of measurements taken at a right angle at one cross section.
If there is disagreement in the definition of diameter is measured by micrometer according to GOST 4381, GOST 6507.
7.4 For tensile tests (tensile strength and elongation) select one sample from each selected roll. The sampling carried out in the churchyard 24047.
The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10446.
7.5 To check break take one sample from both ends of each selected roll. Quality check of the kink on the wire diameter not less than 2 mm.
To obtain the fracture wire is incised to a depth not exceeding ¼ of its diameter, and break off at the notches. Inspection of the fracture is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
7.6 testing rasklepyvajut select one sample from each selected roll.
Test wire to rasklepyvajut carried out in a split fixture, clamped in a vise. The hole diameter in the fixture should be a wire with a diameter of 4.40 mm to 0.10 mm, and wire diameter of 4.40 mm and over 0.20 mm more than the nominal size of the wire.
The height of the protruding part of the specimen subjected to the test shall be two wire diameters. Raskladyvanii carried out under a press or universal testing machines, hand-held hammers to obtain a flat head with a height of not more than 0.5 of the nominal diameter of the wire.
