The number of controlled points on each selected lane is determined depending on the total number of parcels with a length of 100 mm along the perimeter strip in accordance with the table.7. If the perimeter is not a multiple of 100 mm, the end section of a length less than 100 mm is taken for one site.
Controlled runway is considered usable if the number of measurements that do not meet the requirements of paragraphs.1.2,
The number of monitored points in each selected coil is determined in accordance with table.8.
A controlled roll is considered usable if the number of measurement results that do not meet the requirements of paragraphs.1.2,
If unsatisfactory results of measuring at least one of the monitored lines or on one of the monitored coils of strips, the batch is rejected. Allowed the manufacturer to carry out continuous control of thickness of the strips and rolls of tape.
Customer’s request thickness control is carried out on each strip and each roll of the party.
2.5. Allowed the manufacturer the quality control of the surface and the dimensions of the strip carried out in the production process.
2.6. Camber is determined in a two-page or two rolls of tapes from the party.
2.7. For tensile testing from the party select three stripes or three rolls of tape from each 1000 kg or less. Allowed normal sample set by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
2.8. Measurement of yield stress is carried out at the request of the consumer.
2.9. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators is given in PP.2.6−2.8, it is carried out a re-test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
2.10. The manufacturer is allowed to apply other rules of acceptance while ensuring the quality of the strip to the requirements of this standard.
3. CONTROL METHODS
3.1. To analyze the chemical composition of each selected strip or selected from each roll of ribbon is cut on the same model. Selection and preparation of samples for the determination of chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 24231.
Chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 15027.1 — GOST 15027.14 or by other methods providing the required accuracy set by the standard.
If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 15027.1 — GOST 15027.14.
3.2. Checking the quality of the surface and edges of belts and bands is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
3.3. The thickness of the strips or tapes are measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507, measuring the pressure head GOST 28798 or a multi-turn indicator according to GOST 9696.
The thickness of the strip is measured at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the end and not less than 10 mm from the edge. For tapes with a width of 20 mm or less, the measurement is performed in the middle.
Thickness control of strip is carried out by the statistical technique.
The thickness of the strip measured at each selected strip, or at each selected roll of tape at points located uniformly randomly on the perimeter of the strip or along the length of the roll.
The number of bands in the party of pieces is calculated using the formula
,
where the weight of the batch, kg;
— strip thickness, mm;
— band width, mm;
the length of the strip, mm;
— material density, g/cm.
Number of controlled sections in the band in units is calculated by the formula
.
The results of measuring the thickness of the band, not the corresponding table.1, should not differ from the permissible by more than half of the pitch limit deviation, except for the strips manufactured in accordance with claim
The length of the ribbon to select the number of controlled points in the roll on the table.8 in meters is calculated by the formula
,
where and are respectively the outer and inner diameters of the coil, measured with a ruler according to GOST 427, mm.
— tape thickness, mm.
The results of measuring the thickness of strips of normal accuracy, does not meet the requirements given in table.3, should not differ from the permissible by more than half, the maximum deviations of strips of normal accuracy.
The results of measuring the thickness of the ribbon increased accuracy that do not correspond are shown in table.3, should not differ from the acceptable more than the value of the field limit deviations for ribbons of high precision.
Allowed to the manufacturer in the production process to control the thickness of the strip and tape other measurement tools ensuring required accuracy.
3.4. The width of the strip measured by Vernier caliper according to GOST 166, the length of the strip — measuring tape according to GOST 7502.
Each strip is a single width measurement at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the edge of the strip.
The measurement of the width of the tape is carried out at three sites: at both ends and in the middle of three measurements in each plot at a distance of not less than 1 m from one another.
3.5. The camber of the strip is measured according to GOST 26877 anywhere on the strip.
Camber can be measured by another method to ensure the required measurement accuracy. In case of disagreement, assessment of the camber is carried out according to GOST 26877.
3.6. Waviness of the edges of the tape test by bending it around a mandrel with a diameter of 100−200 mm. If the waviness in bending does not disappear, the roll of tape is rejected.
3.7. For tensile testing from each selected strip or each selected roll of tape is cut one sample in the direction of rolling. Sampling — the graveyard 24047.
Tensile test on strips of thickness less than 0.5 mm is carried out on flat samples of type I or type II, of a width of 12.5 mm with an initial estimated length according to GOST 11701.
When the width of the ribbon less than 12.5 mm allowed to test the samples of a type II churchyard 11701.
Tensile testing of the strip thickness from 0.5 to 3 mm is carried out on flat samples of type I or type II, of a width of 20 mm with an initial estimated length of the churchyard 11701.
When the width of the tape at least 20 mm is allowed to conduct tests on long specimens of type II according to GOST 11701.
Tensile test strips of a thickness of 3 mm and more is carried out according to GOST 1497 on flat samples of type I or type II width of 20 mm for strips with thickness up to 7 mm inclusive and a width of 30 mm for strips of a thickness more than 7 mm. the Initial gauge length of samples equal to 11.3 . Allowed in the measurement of yield strength to apply the same samples, and to measure strength and elongation.
3.8. Allowed the manufacturer to use other means and methods of tests to ensure the required accuracy set by the standard.
In the event of any dispute apply tools of measurement and methods of control established in the PP.3.2−3.6.
4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
4.1. Strip and ribbon transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this type, and conditions of loading and fastening of goods, approved by the Ministry of railroads of the USSR, GOST 22235.
4.2. It is allowed to transport and strip of containers according to GOST 18477 and GOST and GOST 15102 20435 or other normative and technical documentation, or carload shipments in the packaged form without packaging in boxes and alignment in bundles. Thus the strip or tape should be wrapped in paper according to GOST 8273 or padded cardboard according to GOST 7933.
4.3. Strip or tape is stored indoors, unpacked in conditions that ensure their safety. Under these conditions, the storage of consumer properties of the strip in storage is not changed.
