5.8 the Profiles must be cut at right angle. It is possible to produce profiles with the cut ends.
6 acceptance Rules
6.1 Profiles take parties. The party should consist of profiles of the same brand of alloy, one size, one precision manufacturing. The party must be issued a document about quality that contains:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the name of the country of manufacture;
— legal address of the manufacturer and/or seller;
— the symbol of the profiles;
— the batch number;
— the weight of the batch.
The weight of the batch is not limited.
Allowed to issue one document about the quality of several batches of profiles loaded at the same time to the same consumer.
6.2 quality Control the surface profile is subjected to each profile from the party.
To control the size and camber taken at least 10% of profiles from the party.
6.3 To test the hardness of select two bays or two packs from each ton, but not less than three bays or of the packs from the party.
6.4 If unsatisfactory test results on at least one of performance, in addition to surface quality, it conducted a re-test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.
Allowed the manufacturer to carry out routine test profiles.
7 Methods of inspection and testing
7.1 the Inspection of the surface profiles is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
To check the shape and size of the cross section carried out three measurements at the beginning, middle and end of the profile.
7.2 Verification of the shape and size of the cross section profile is performed as follows: pattern light touch to pull the profile with wide base profile should be between the upper and lower control surfaces of the template.
7.3 Checking the shape of the profile (size of the base a, angle ) hold the ultimate pattern, the form of which is shown in figure 2.
Figure 2 — Form of the limit template
Figure 2
7.4 Template produces the customer. The template should be constructed of solid sheet steel without welding and riveting.
Work surface width shall be not less than 4 and not more than 5 mm.
The thickness of the template must conform to the requirements of table 3.
Table 3

Patterns in size and are made with an accuracy of minus 5 microns; the roughness parameter of the working surface should be Raµm 0,160.
The hardness of the template must be HRC 56−63.
The template needs to be specified nominal dimensions a, h and angle , accuracy class and the name of the manufacturer.
Limit deviations of the dimensions of the side surfaces of the profile measured by the probe. The thickness of the feeler gauge to check the profile height h is less than 30 mm — 0.05 mm.
The side profile when checking should fit snugly to the sides of the template. A tight fit is considered is the relative position of the template and the profile, wherein in the gap between them is not part of the probe. For strips with a height h of more than 30 mm space measurement should be conducted at a minimum distance of 15 mm from the base of a (figure 3).
Figure 3 — Measurement of limit deviations of the dimensions of the side surfaces of the profile
Figure 3
The profile entered in the template must be tight, with no clearance to fit the pattern in the thin part of the profile, at a distance of not less than 5 mm and not less than one point.
Note — For profiles with a thin part less than 3 mm can be manufactured prefabricated limiting patterns.
7.5 checking on the size of h is carried out using limiting straps, or measuring tools that provide required accuracy.
7.6 Camber profile ruler check length of 1 m according to GOST 8026 and template or probe.
7.7 testing the hardness of each selected pack is taken one profile. From each Bay and the profile selected based on one sample.
Hardness on the Brinell hardness is carried out according to GOST 9012. The hardness profile check on the sides at a distance of 1/3 h from the base and. The load should be applied perpendicular to the wall profile. The hardness of the test sample in at least three places. The hardness test is carried out with a ball of 5 mm diameter at a load of 250 kgf and shutter speed of 30 sec.
The average profile thickness of less than 3 mm determined by the formula
, (1)
where a — the thickness of the broad side of the profile;
b — the thickness of the thin side profile, the hardness testing is carried out with a ball diameter of 2.5 mm at a load of 62.5 kgf and shutter speed of 30 sec.
7.8 To check the chemical composition of the selected one sample from each selected profile, or Bay. The selection and preparation of samples for chemical analysis is carried out according to GOST 24231.
The chemical composition profiles determined by the methods GOST 15027.1 — 15027.14 GOST, GOST 20068.1 — GOST 20068.3 or other methods of equal accuracy standard.
If there is disagreement in assessing the quality of the chemical composition of bars is determined according to GOST 15027.1 — 15027.14 GOST and GOST 20068.1 — GOST 20068.3.
7.9 the manufacturer is allowed to apply other testing methods, providing the required accuracy set out in this standard.
7.10 the differences in assessing the quality of profiles, the consumer and the manufacturer are guided by the requirements established by this standard.
