the number of seats.
The weight of the batch should not exceed 1000 kg.
3A.2. Inspection appearance and dimensions shall be subjected to each coil of wire.
3A.3. To test a temporary resistance, relative elongation after rupture, rasklepyvajut and fracture should be selected two rolls from the party.
3A.4. To check the chemical composition to take two rolls. On the manufacturer is allowed to inspect the chemical composition of the samples taken from the molten metal.
3A.1 — 3A.4. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 3).
3A.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator thereon, a second test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
3. TEST METHODS
3.1. Inspection of the appearance of the wire is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
Determination of the diameter of the wire is carried out in at least two places, in two mutually perpendicular directions with a micrometer according to GOST and GOST 6507−90 4381−87 or device, providing the appropriate precision.
3.2. For the tensile test taken one sample from each selected roll.
Selection and preparation of samples for tensile testing is carried out according to GOST 24047−80.
The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10446−80.
3.3. Testing rasklepyvajut select one sample from each selected roll.
Test wire to rasklepyvajut carried out in a split fixture, clamped in the vise, the hole diameter in the fixture should be a wire with a diameter of 4.40 mm to 0.1 mm, and the wire from 4,40 mm and larger by 0.2 mm more than the nominal size of the wire.
The height of the protruding part of the specimen subjected to the test shall be two wire diameters. Raskladyvanii is carried out under pressure or by using a universal test machine, manual hammers to obtain a flat head with a height of not more than 0.5 of the nominal diameter of the wire.
3.4. To check break take one sample from both ends of each selected roll. Getting a break — according to GOST 1066−90.
The test fracture is carried out without the use of a magnifying device.
