6 acceptance Rules
6.1 Tape take parties. The party should consist of tapes of one grade of steel or alloy, one size, one state, one precision manufacturing and are decorated with a single document about quality that contains:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the name of the country of manufacture;
— legal address of the manufacturer and/or seller;
— the symbol of the tape;
the results of mechanical tests;
the chemical analysis results;
— the results of the cutting cap (only for instruments);
— the batch number;
the weight of the party.
The mass of the party — not more than 4000 kg.
Allowed to issue a single document the quality of several batches of tapes made of metal or alloy of the same brand, same size, same material status, the same precision of manufacture, shipped to the same consumer, indicating the batch number.
6.2 quality Control the surface size and expose every roll of ribbon.
6.3 Technological test strips for testunittest carried out at the request of the consumer, logging at least 200 caps from the party weighing up to 2500 kg and less than 320 caps from the party weighing more than 2500 kg.
When receiving more than 1% of caps (the total amount of cut caps) are not appropriate for vestonitse standards, the entire batch is rejected.
6.4 For the tensile test are taken at the two rolls of tape from each full and partial 500 kg but not more than five rolls from the party weighing up to 2500 kg and eight rolls from the party weighing more than 2500 kg.
6.5 To control the chemical composition selected two rolls of tapes from the party.
6.6 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the performance indicators specified in 6.4 and 6.5, it is carried out a re-test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.
7 Methods of inspection and testing
7.1 Inspection the surface of the belts is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
7.2 Measurement of thickness of the tape is carried out at a distance of not less than 10 mm from edges and not less than 100 mm from the end of the tape roll. The thickness of the tape width of 20 mm or less, measured in the middle.
The measurement is required for both ends and the middle part of the tape, as the three dimensions in every part at distance at least 1 m from one another. All thickness measurements must be within tolerance.
The measurement of the thickness of the tape is carried out with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 type ML MCC or with the measuring surface of the sphere-plane or lever with a micrometer according to GOST 4381.
7.3 measurement of the width of the tape is carried out in a single place at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the end of the tape roll.
The width and length tape measure measuring metal ruler according to GOST 427, caliper according to GOST 166 or metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502.
7.4 Cutting of the caps carried by the tool consumer. Testunittest caps is determined by comparing with the model approved in the prescribed manner.
7.5 For the tensile test from each selected roll of strips cut on the same model. Sampling is carried out according to GOST 24047.
The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 11701 on a proportional flat samples of type I or type II and 12.5 mm.
7.6 For analysis of the chemical composition of each selected roll of tape is cut one sample. Selection and preparation of samples for chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 24231.
The chemical analysis of feeds is carried out:
