2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The tapes should be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner. Strips are made from copper grade M1 with the chemical composition according to GOST 859.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
2.2. Tape shall be manufactured:
thickness 0.16 mm — solid;
of a thickness of 0,26 and 0,30 mm in hard and soft States.
2.3. The surface of the strips should be free from contamination, hinder visual inspection, no prisoner of cracks, cavities, delaminations, scale, and burrs.
On the surface of the tape allowed the individual surface defects (dents, scratches, injections), do not display the ribbon at reference sweep for tolerances for thickness.
The quality of the surface of the soft strips are placed on the samples approved in the established order.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
2.4. The tape should be trimmed evenly and must not have burrs visible to the naked eye. The crumpled edge is not allowed.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
2.5. Camber strips shall not exceed 4 mm per 1 m length.
2.6. The mechanical properties of the tape in the soft state must meet:
temporary resistance , MPa (kgf/mm), not less than 210 (21);
elongation after rupture , %, not less — 25.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Tape take parties. The party should consist of strips of the same size, one state and must be issued a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
the symbol of the tape;
batch number;
the weight of the party;
the date of manufacture.
The weight of the batch should be no more than 2 T.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 3).
3.2. Control the appearance and width should be subjected to each coil. The control camber is subjected to three rolls of the party.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
3.2. To control the thickness of strips used single-stage normal sampling plan for the alternative characteristic in accordance with GOST 18242 with the acceptance level of defects is 4%.
The selection of rolls of tapes in the sample is carried out «blindly» (by the greatest objectivity) according to GOST 18321.
If the quantity does not exceed three coils, checked every roll of ribbon.
The number of rolls of tapes selected for the control of thickness, determined in accordance with table.2.

Selected roll of tape is considered valid if the number of measurement results that do not meet the requirements of table.1, less than the acceptance number given in table.3.
If unsatisfactory result on one of the selected coils controlled by each roll of the party.
Allowed the manufacturer to monitor each roll of the party and to carry out thickness control in the production process.
(Added, Rev. N 3).
3.3. For the tensile test taken three rolls from the party.
3.4. To determine the chemical composition selected from the party two rolls.
On the manufacturer sampling for determining the chemical composition of a molten metal or the ingot or billet during the formation of the party.
3.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators (except the thickness) it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 3).
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. The surface quality of the test strips without the use of magnifying devices.
The presence of burrs on the strip edges checked visually.
4.2. The thickness of the tape measure with a micrometer type PR GOST 4381 division value of 0.002 mm.
The measurement of the thickness of the tape is carried out at a minimum distance of 1 m from the end and not less than 5 mm from the edge.
The thickness of the strip measured at each selected coil to points positioned uniformly randomly along the length of the roll.
The results of measuring thicknesses that do not meet the requirements of table.1, should not differ from the permissible by more than half of the tolerance field.
The tape length per roll () in meters is calculated by the formula
,
where and — respectively the outer and inner diameters of the coils, measured with a ruler according to GOST 427, mm.
— tape thickness, mm.
The tape width measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 or caliper according to GOST 166ценой division 0.05 mm.
The width control is carried out at three sites on both ends of the tape in its middle. At each site carried out in three dimensions at a minimum distance of 1 m one from the other.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
4.3. Camber is measured according to GOST 26877 once on any part of the roll.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
4.4. For tensile tests from each coil selected for testing, cut one sample.
The selection of samples for the determination of mechanical properties is carried out according to GOST 24047.
The test is carried out according to GOST 11701 the samples of types I and II with mm .
4.5. To determine the chemical composition of each roll is selected for control, cut one sample.
Selection and preparation of samples for the determination of chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 24231.
Chemical composition is determined by GOST 13938.1 — 13938.12 GOST, GOST and GOST 13938.13 9717.1 — GOST 9717.3.
If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 13938.1 — 13938.12 GOST, GOST 13938.13.
