7.2 the Diameter of the wire measured on each selected Bay (reel) or coil micrometers 4381 according to GOST and GOST 6507 or other devices that provide the necessary measurement accuracy.

The measurement of the diameter of the wire is carried out in two mutually perpendicular directions of the same section in the beginning, the end and in the middle of the Bay (coils) or coils. In diameter taking the average value of one or more pairs of measurements taken at a right angle at one cross section.

If there is disagreement in the definition of diameter is measured by micrometer according to GOST 4381, GOST 6507.

7.3 To control the mechanical properties, fracture, testing the inflection of each selected bays (coils) or coils selected by the two samples.

Allowed for monitoring of the fracture to use the sample selected for mechanical testing.

7.4 Test wire tensile (tensile strength and elongation after fracture) is carried out according to GOST 10446 on samples with an estimated length of 100 mm. Sampling is carried out according to GOST 24047.

7.5 Control break check the wire diameter not less than 2 mm. To control the break wire is incised to a depth of not more than one quarter of its diameter and break off at the notches. Inspection of the fracture is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.

7.6 Test wire on the bend is carried out according to GOST 1579.

7.7 For the analysis of the chemical composition of each selected Bay, the coil or coils are cut on the same model. Sampling for chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 24231.
