trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;
designation sheets or strips;
batch number;
stamp or stamp of the technical control Department.
When shipping sheets and strips, tied in bundles, the data is applied to the label affixed to the package or pasted on the top bar or top sheet of the stack.
When transporting goods by air transport labels must be wooden or metal and secured with two sides.
1.5. Packaging
Sheets and strip, of thickness up to 1.5 mm must be Packed in tight wooden or crates.
Allowed to pack sheets and strips of a thickness up to 1.5 mm in packs. Packs should be wrapped in two layers of paper and secure the top and bottom boards (only for bars) or wooden boards, the dimensions of which correspond to the width and length of the bundles, and tied in at least two areas or cross band size not less than 0,3x20 mm or a wire with a minimum thickness of 2 mm.
Sheets and strip, of a thickness of 1.5 mm or more must be Packed in bundles with double-sided protection tied with shields the size of a pack as described above.

The party is considered usable if the number of sheets or strips that do not meet the requirements of table.2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and PP.1.2.11 and
Allowed the manufacturer if unsatisfactory result on one of the selected sheets or on one of the selected bands to control each sheet or each strip party.
Allowed the manufacturer to carry out the control sheets and strips during the production process.
2.4. Checking the quality of the surface subjected to each sheet or strip of the batch.
2.5. Checking the deflection is subjected to two sheets or two lanes from the party.
2.6. For tensile testing (tensile strength and elongation) and bending taken away by two sheets or two lanes from each 1000 kg or less.
For sheets and strips of a thickness more than 8 mm for tensile testing and bend are taken at two sheets or two lanes from each of the full 3,000 kg or less.
The elongation is determined for sheets and strips of a thickness of 0.5 mm or more.
Test of sheets and strips of brass stamps LS59−1 bending is performed according to the requirement of the user.
2.7. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.
3. CONTROL METHODS
3.1. For the analysis of chemical composition of sheets and strips from each selected worksheet or selected from each strip cut one sample.
The selection and preparation of samples for chemical analysis is carried out according to GOST 24231.
Chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 25086, 1652.1 GOST-GOST and GOST 1652.13 9716.1-GOST 9716.3 or other methods of equal precision specified.
In case of disagreement the analysis of the chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 25086, 1652.1 GOST-GOST 1652.13.
3.2. Checking the quality of the surface and edges of sheets and strips is carried out by inspection without the use of magnifying devices.
3.3. The thickness of the sheets and strips is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 or GOST 4381.
Measuring the thickness of sheets and strips is carried out at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the vertex of the angle and not less than 15 mm from the sheet edge or 10 mm from the edge of the strip.
Control the thickness of the sheets or strips is carried out with the acceptance level of defects =4%.
The thickness of sheet and strip are measured at each selected worksheet or each selected strip at points positioned uniformly randomly along the perimeter of the sheet or strip.
The number of sheets or strips in a party ()., is calculated by the formula
,
where the weight of the batch, kg;
— material density, g/cm;
— the thickness of the sheet (strip), mm;
— the width of the sheet (strip), mm;
— the length of the sheet (strip), mm.
Number of controlled sections in sheet or strip (), EA, is calculated by the formula
.
The results of measuring the thickness of the sheets or strips that do not correspond to the limit deviations, given in table.1, 4, 7, should not differ from the permissible by more than half of the tolerance field.
3.4. Measurement of width, length and skew of the cut sheet, the width and length of the bands is carried out with a metal ruler according to GOST 427 or metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502 or a caliper according to GOST 166. The width measurement is carried out in a single place at a distance of 100 mm from the edge of the sheet or strip.
Measurement of the skew cut is carried out according to GOST 26877*.
_______________
* Valid to GOST 26877−91. — Note the CODE.

3.7. Camber is measured according to GOST 26877.
3.8. For tensile testing from each of the selected or each selected sheet strip cut one sample. Sampling — according to GOST 24047.
Tensile test of sheets and strips of a thickness from 0.4 to 3 mm is carried out according to GOST 11701 the samples of a type I or II with the initial design length =11,3, a width of 20 or 15 mm.
Tensile test of sheets and strips of a thickness of 3 mm or more is carried out according to GOST 1497на the samples of a type I or II with a width of 20 mm for sheets and strips of a thickness up to 7 mm inclusive and a width of 30 mm for sheets and strips of a thickness more than 7 mm. the Initial gauge length of samples equal to 11.3.
3.9. Allowed the manufacturer to use other means of measurement and testing methods, providing the required accuracy set out in this standard.
In the event of any dispute apply tools of measurement and methods of control established in the PP.3.2−3.8.
4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
4.1. Sheets and strip transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this type, and conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR.
Transportation of sheets and strips of rail are conducting small, low-tonnage and carload shipments.
When the length of the sheets or strips of more than 3 m and weight of the package more than 1250 kg transportation is made in covered wagons or on the open rolling stock in containers according to GOST 18477 or according to normative-technical documentation.
When there is no overload in the path of allowed sheets and strips to be transported in containers according to GOST 18477 or according to normative-technical documentation in the packaged form without packaging in boxes and without the protection of wooden boards.
4.2. The leaves are stored in covered premises. When storing sheets and strips shall be protected from moisture, mechanical damage and exposure to active chemical agents. Under specified storage conditions consumer properties of sheet and strip during storage are not changed.
