| Microstructure |
Microstructure of rolled on the other 14-1-5296-2004 must be ferrite-cementite. The ferrite grains must be elongated, equiaxed allowed. Equiaxed microstructure with the grain size of the ferrite must comply with 7, 8, 9, 10 numbers according to GOST 5639. allowed the uneven grain of the ferrite within three interconnected rooms. Structurally-free cementite should be no more than 2 points In a row according to GOST 5640 (scale 1). |
| Features of production |
On the other 14-1-5296-2004 rolled thickness 2 mm and shall withstand the bend test at 180° to the contact without cracks and delaminations. A surface rental should be covered with a uniform layer of preservative oil in an amount of from 0.8 to 1.5 g/m2, neutral with respect to the surface of rolled products. Oil grade is agreed with the consumer. |
