Non-metallic inclusions in steel on the other 14-1-4931-90: oxides and sulfides must not exceed 3 points according to GOST 1778. Presence of oxides and sulphides of not more than 4 points up to 20% of the number of samples tested. |

Microstructure of rolled on the other 14-1-4931-90 should have a grain size of the ferrite 7-9 points according to GOST 5639. Allowed the presence of grain of the sixth grade in the amount of not more than 50% in field of view. Allowed the grain is elongated. Form of perlite according to GOST 806 - rows A, B to points 3, inclusive. The depth of the zone of complete decarburization of the surface should not be more than 0.06 mm. |
