Description
Steel 11JUA used: for the manufacture of grooved machined bars with diameter 20−60 mm; hot-rolled bars intended for the manufacture of clad strips by hot rolling; cold-rolled strip thickness of 1.37 mm and a width of 122−160 mm, intended for manufacturing parts by the method of deep drawing.
Note
Structural steel is low carbon high quality.
Steel 11JUA stamps can be manufactured with additional microalloying with vanadium, titanium and boron.

Macrostructure and contamination |
The macrostructure of bars on the other 14-1-3455-82 when plavochek control should not have a discontinuity of metal in the form nezavisima bubbles, remnants of shrinkage looseness, delamination, subcortical bubbles, rough defects are visible without the use of magnifying devices and shall conform to the requirements scores no more: Central porosity - 3 points, a point inhomogeneity - 3 points, liquation Pousada - 1.5 points. Bars put control of grain ferrite and ferrite of poloschatosti. Grain ferrite should be not larger than 5 points, banding of ferritic - no more than 2 points. Rods control on the contamination of steel by nonmetallic inclusions. The content of nonmetallic inclusions by the maximum score should be no more than: oxides (OS, CX, SP) - 3 points, the sulphides (A) - 3 points. Presence of oxides in steel up to 3.5 points up to 20% of the mass of delivery. |
