1 Scope
This standard applies to hot-rolled steel cold-rolled seamless tubes (hereinafter the lease) with a diameter from 5 to 270 mm inclusive, which is used in all industries.
Rent a diameter greater than 270 to 330 mm inclusive manufactured by agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications).
2 Classification. Basic parameters and dimensions
2.1 rentals are divided as follows:
— accuracy rolling:
particularly high — АО1;
high — A1, A2, A3;
high — B1;
ordinary — B1, B2, B3, B4, B5;
— length:
dimensional — MD;
measuring with non-standard length — MD1;
dimensional — CD;
dimensional with random length — КД1;
random — ND;
limited within the random — OD;
limited from the random length — EA1;
in rolls — NMD;
— limit deviations for the length of rental and multiple dimensional measuring length groups, DB and VD;
— the curvature on classes: I, II, III, IV.

In the supply of rental with dimensional random length (MD1) dimensional with random length (КД1) and bounded by random length (EA1) is allowed rental of random length not more than 5% of the batch weight.

2.2 nominal diameter of round bars, limit deviation, cross-sectional area and weight of 1 m of length of hire shall be as specified in figure 1 and in table 1.

2.2.1 hire with precision rolling A2 and B2 (table 1) allowed to produce with plus extreme deviation equal to the amount of the limit deviation for diameter (A3 and B3).
2.3 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) is allowed to produce rolled stock with diameter more than 270 mm to 300 mm, inclusive, with limit deviation of ±6.0 mm over 300 to 330 mm inclusive, with limit deviation of ±7.0 mm.
2.4 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) rental produce with plus the limit deviation for diameter (B5) shown in table 2.

2.5 the Ovality of the rent must not exceed 75% of total limit deviation for diameter.
At the request of the consumer (the agreed specifications) oval hire — no more than 50% of total limit deviation for diameter and not more than 60% of total limit deviation for diameter to be rolled made of tool alloy steel and high speed steel.
2.6 rental with a diameter up to 9 mm inclusive manufactured in rolls, over 9 mm — in bars.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) rolled with a diameter of over 9 mm are made in rolls and less than 9 mm inclusive — in bars.
2.7 Bicycle manufacture length:
from 2 to 12 m inclusive — from commercial quality carbon steel and low alloy steel;
from 2 to 6 m, inclusive of high quality carbon steel and alloy steel;
from 1 to 6 m, inclusive — of high-alloy steel.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) hire produce off-gage length within the limits from 3 to 13 m, inclusive, with 10% of bars from the batch weight can have a lesser length but not less than 75% of the minimum length.
2.8 maximum deviations made on the length of rental and multiple dimensional measuring length should not exceed the values given in table 3.

2.9 the Curvature of the rent must not exceed the values given in table 4.

2.10 the curvature of the rolled measured at the site length of at least 1 m at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the end of the rod.
2.11 Diameter and ovality rolled measured at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the end of the rod and at least 1,5 m from the end of the strand at its mass up to 250 kg and not less than 3,0 m at a mass skein over 250 kg.
2.11.1 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) diameter, ovality and the curvature of the rolled measured at a distance of not less than 150 mm from the end of the rod.
