1 Scope
This standard applies to hot rolled plate, universal broadband, shaped, and rolled sections of structural alloy steel, intended for the manufacture of steel structures, rail, road, combined, urban and pedestrian bridges, operating in climatic zones, corresponding to the conventional Northern execution, and in areas with an estimated seismicity up to 9 points inclusive.
This standard does not cover mechanisms of drawbridges.
As part of the rules of the chemical composition and mechanical properties this standard also applies to:
— cold-formed shaped profiles, made from steel plates;
— thick plates of steel grade 09G2SD, intended for the manufacture of the base layer of two-layer rolling.

3 Terms and definitions
This standard applies the following terms with respective definitions:
3.1 hot-rolled: hot-Rolled flat product of rectangular section with a thickness of 4 mm and a width of not less than 600 mm.
3.2 rental universal broadband: hot Rolled flat products without cut edges with a thickness of 6 mm, a width from 200 mm to 1050 mm inclusively, supplied in sheets, rolled from four sides or rectangle caliber.
3.3 the bars: hot Rolled products in which the tangent to any point on the contour of the cross section this cross-section intersects. The cross-section remains the same along the entire length of the product:
— round — cross-section in the form of a circle with a diameter of 5 mm;
— square — cross-section with a side of a square of 6 mm;
— hexagonal — cross-section in the form of a hexagon inscribed circle diameter of 8 mm;
— strip — rectangular cross section with a thickness of 4 mm, a width of 200 mm, laminated on all four sides.

4 Classification and assortment
4.1 the rent is divided:

4.2 strength grades and steel grades, depending on the type of steel shall be as given in table 1.

4.3 Condensed assortment of rolled plate, universal broadband, shaped, and given in Appendix A.
By agreement between manufacturer and customer is allowed to produce rolled plate, universal broadband, shaped, and other sizes.
4.3.1 long products supply diameter, a side of a square, the inscribed circle diameter and strip thickness up to 50 mm inclusive.
By agreement between manufacturer and customer is allowed to produce bars with a diameter, a side of a square, the inscribed circle diameter and thickness of bands of other sizes.
4.4 For the cross-sectional shape, dimensions and limit deviations of the hire must meet the requirements:
— plate — GOST 19903 for high (MF) and very high (ON) flatness, with cut edges (O). By agreement between manufacturer and customer is allowed to produce plates with normal flatness (MON), edging (rolled) edge (BUT);
— universal broadband — GOST 82 Rebrovo curvature for class A, and the agreement between manufacturer and customer — class B;

5 Technical requirements
5.1 rental are made in accordance with the requirements of this standard in accordance with technical documentation approved in the established order.
5.2 Chemical composition
5.2.1 Bicycle is made from steel grades 09G2SD, 10KHSND, 15KHSND and 14ХГНДЦ.
5.2.2 Chemical composition of steel by ladle sample analysis must conform to the standards specified in table 2.

5.2.2.1 Mass fraction of arsenic and nitrogen in the steel should not exceed %:
— arsenic — 0,08;
— nitrogen — 0,008.
5.2.3 In ready rental, provided that the mechanical properties and other requirements of this standard allowed variations in chemical composition from the rules given in table 2. Maximum deviations are given in table 3.

Category of delivery must be specified in the order and in the document of quality. Category delivery of high-quality (except the strip) and structural shapes in the legend are not specified.
5.5 Mechanical properties of the rolled products should conform to:
— during the tensile test norms given in table 5;
— when testing the impact strength to the standards specified in table 6.

5.5.1 For rental of all strength classes with a thickness more than 50 mm the mechanical properties of the norms set by agreement between the manufacturer and the customer.

The results of the tests
5.8 On the surface of the wide faces (except the surface of the rolled edges) of the plate and universal broadband rental should be no flaws, rips, rolled, and burnt crust, and bubbles-bubbles, accordions, cracks, prisoner, rolled dirt and katanoi scale.
The elimination of surface defects is carried out with a sweep. Formed during cleaning of the recess should have smooth transitions. The cleaning is carried out with an abrasive tool or methods that do not cause changes in properties rental.

5.9 On the cut side and end edges of the rolled plates and the ends of universal broadband and long steel bars should be free of delaminations, cracks, flaws, burrs height of more than 2 mm.
5.9.1 Crushing and bending the edges after pruning should take a rental for the maximum deviations from flatness according to GOST 19903.
5.10 On the rolled edges of the plate, universal broadband and rolled strip and the edges of structural shapes should not be delamination, flaws, cracks, bubbles-bubbles, captivity, pollution, katanoi scale, wooloowin and scratches, which eliminates the rent for the minimum dimensions in thickness.
5.10.1 the depth of the defects on the rolled edges of the plate and universal broadband rental should not exceed half of the limit deviations on width and display hire for a nominal size width.
5.11 Quality of surface and ends of shapes and rolled sections shall conform to the requirements of GOST 535.
5.12 Welding and sealing of defects on the surface and edges of the plate, universal broadband, bandpass and shaped rolled section rolled is not permitted.
5.13 Plate, universal broadband and high-quality bandpass hire are subjected to ultrasonic inspection (UT). The norm of continuity shall be class 1 or 2 according to GOST 22727. The class of the continuity of (UT-1, UT-2) indicate in the order. Control is performed over the entire surface.
In the absence of in the order specify the class of the continuity it chooses the manufacturer.
5.13.1 manufacturer In agreement with the customer long products (round, square) subjected to testing a method of ultrasonic testing. The rental must match the quality group 2 according to GOST 21120.

6 acceptance Rules
6.1 General rules of acceptance of rental — according to GOST 7566.
6.2 the hire show to the acceptance of the parties. The party must consist of one rolled steel grades, one melting (melting-ladle), one strength, one category of delivery, of the same size in diameter, thickness, or one gage sections, one mode of heat treatment.
6.3 the Weight of the batch shall not exceed:
— for hire category 1 — weight bottoms of the bucket;
for rental categories 2 and 3 — 72 tons (carload norms), and according to customer’s requirement is 25 tons.
6.4 To check the quality of the party rentals select:
— for chemical analysis — samples according to GOST 7565;
— for quality control of surfaces, edges and ends of all sheets, strip, rods, and profiles;
— to control the size and shape — 10% sheets, strips, rods and profiles, but at least five pieces;
for testing of steel plate — all of the leaves. Net testing broadband universal and long products (round, square and flat) determined by agreement between manufacturer and customer, and specify in the order;
— for tensile tests and impact bending two sheet, rod, profile and stripe;
for bend test a wide sample, and fracture determination of the area of the fibrous structure of the structure — two sheets, two bands;
for tensile tests in the thickness direction of rolled two sheets, two lanes. The test is performed on every tenth batch of current production to plate, universal broadband, and long steel bars.
6.4.1 Upon the customer’s request to rent control on each sheet, each varietal zone.
6.5 Sampling for tests of mechanical and technological properties (tensile, impact bending, wide samples and fracture) is carried out according to GOST 7564 or GOST R 53845, for testing the mechanical tensile properties in thickness direction of rolled according to GOST 28870.
Samples for testing the fracture is cut from the middle third of the width of the plate, universal broadband, and long steel bars.
6.6 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators of re-examination is carried out in accordance with GOST 7566.
6.7 Each party rental is accompanied by a quality document, designed according to GOST 7566, which additionally indicates if the requirement is established:
— the category of the rental;
— the value of carbon equivalent ;
— the type and mode of heat treatment;
the results of the test of continuity with method of ultrasonic testing;
— test results on impact bending of specimens with round and sharp notch;
the results of tensile tests in the thickness direction of the rental;
— the results of the tests of fracture, and determination of the area of the fibrous structure of the structure.
7 test Methods
7.1 the Chemical analysis were carried out according to GOST 12359, GOST 18895, GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.12, 22536.14 GOST, GOST 27809, 28473 GOST, GOST R 50424, GOST R 54153 or by other methods of measurement, certified in the prescribed manner and ensure the necessary accuracy of the analysis. Mass fraction of calcium in steel is determined.
If there are differences in the methods used by the standards given in the first paragraph.
7.1.1 Carbon equivalent of the steel is determined by the formula

— tensile one sample;
— tensile in the direction of thickness of rolled one sample;

— the impact strength on the samples with a concentrator of U (KCU) in the delivery condition — two of the sample;
— the impact strength on the samples with the hub of the form V (KCV) in the delivery condition — two of the sample;
— the impact strength on the samples with a concentrator of U (KCU) after mechanical aging — two sample.
7.6.1 For HRP samples for all tests, except for tensile testing in the thickness direction, cut across the direction of rolling. For universal broadband and the varietal of the rolled strip samples for all tests, except for tensile testing in the thickness direction, cut along the direction of rolling. For long products (round, square and hexagonal) and sections samples for all the tests, cut along the direction of rolling.
By agreement between manufacturer and customer plates additionally tested for tensile and impact strength on the samples taken along the direction of rolling. The number, criteria and norms of mechanical properties are similar to samples taken across the direction of rolling. The test results of HRP carried out on samples taken along the direction of rolling,
