7. REISSUE
This standard applies to steel seamless hot-deformed and cold-deformed pipe billet of carbon and alloy steels used for the manufacture of products by machining.
1. ASSORTMENT
1.1. Pipe is manufactured from the outside diameter, wall thickness and length.
1.2. Dimensions and weight of 1 m of pipes shall be as specified in table.1 for hot-deformed pipes in the table.2 — for cold pipes.

2. In the manufacture of pipes with asymmetric extreme deviation nominal pipe sizes are based on half of the algebraic sum of plus and minus deviations.
1.4. Pipe manufacture:
random lengths from 1.5 to 11.5 m;
lengths from 1.5 to 9 m, with extreme deviations in length +10 mm;
multiple of gauging length within off-gage with an allowance for each cut is 5 mm and the limit deviation for the total length does not exceed specified pipe lengths.
1.5. Length of the measuring pipe with wall thickness more than 16 mm shall be by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
1.6. Tolerances for outside diameter, wall thickness and deviation along the length of the pipes according to GOST 8732 for hot-deformed pipes GOST 8734 and for cold pipes.
1.7. The curvature of any section of the tube per 1 m of length should not exceed, mm:
1.5 — for pipes with wall thickness up to 20 mm incl.;
2,0 — for pipes with wall thickness over 20 mm to 30 mm incl.;
The 4.0 — for pipes with wall thickness over 30 mm.
In coordination with the consumer the total curvature of tubes shall not exceed 0,0015, where is the length of the pipe, but not more than:
12 mm — for pipes with wall thickness up to 20 mm incl.;
15 mm — for pipes with wall thickness over 20 mm.
1.8. At the request of the consumer pipe is manufactured with an offset field of the limit deviations on size. The value of the offset field of the limit deviations shall not exceed the amount of bilateral deviations. Allowed to produce pipes of other sizes.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
Pipes made from steel grades 10, 20, 35, 45, 30HGSA, 30KHMA, 12KHN2, 38H2MYUA, 10G2, 15X, 20X, 40X, 15KHM with the chemical composition according to GOST 1050, GOST 4543, GOST 14959, GOST 19281.
By agreement with the consumer allowed to manufacture pipes from other steel grades, provided the listed standards.
2.2. Features
2.2.1. Mechanical properties of hot-deformed metal pipe shall be as specified in table.3 and cold-deformed tubes — in table.4.

2.2.3. For steel 38H2MYUA production methods stipulated in the order. The metal melted by electroslag remelting, the mass fraction of sulfur should not exceed 0,015%, and the deviation of the mass fraction of silicon allowed is 0.1%.
2.2.4. Grain size of metal pipe steel 38H2MYUA should be no larger than 5 points according to GOST 5639.
2.2.5. On the surface of the pipes is not allowed defects, bringing the wall thickness beyond the minimum limit deviations.
2.2.6. The pipe ends should be trimmed and cleaned of burrs; allowed the formation of a chamfer at their removal. Method of trimming is not regulated.
2.2.7. When cutting pipes with a torch or plasma cutting the stock to length of the pipes should be at least 20 mm for each cut.
2.2.8. In coordination with the consumer pipes are made without trimming the ends. While not cut part of the pipe marked with paint and the weight of the batch is not included.
2.2.9. At the request of the consumer hot-deformed pipes with wall thickness more than 12 mm check on the macrostructure. It should not be traces podnasadochnogo looseness, delamination, cracks, voids, bubbles, bloat, crust, flocs, contaminants and other defects visible without using the magnifying devices.
2.2.10. At the request of the consumer hot tubes of alloyed steel should termoobrabotannyj. Heat treatment regime and norms of mechanical properties determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
2.2.11. At the request of the consumer pipe from steel 38H2MYUA must be heat treated with a hardness of no more than 229 HB (indentation diameter not less than 4 mm).
Allowed production of tubes rolling after heating the hardness is not more than 285 HB (indentation diameter not less than 3.6 mm).
2.2.12. The yield strength and Brinell hardness number of steel pipes, the manufacturer determines at the request of the consumer.
2.2.13. The impurity of metal hot-deformed tubes made from rolled billets, non-metallic inclusions by the maximum score should not exceed the limits specified in table.6.

2.2.14. At the request of the consumer pipe is subjected to flaw detection.
2.3. Labeling and packaging — according to GOST 10692 with the additional indication of grain size and contamination of the metal pipes, non-metallic inclusions.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. The pipe presented to the receiving parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size, one steel, one kind of heat treatment (in the manufacture of pipes in thermally treated condition) and, at the request of the consumer, one melting and accompanied by a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
the lot number or melt;
the chemical composition of the metal pipes (on customer requirement);
the symbol of the pipes;
the total length of pipes and number of pipes in pieces;
the weight of the batch;
the results of the tests;
the value of the yield strength for steel grades 15X, 20X, 40 and 30KHGSA;
stamp of technical control Department.
3.2. The number of tubes in the party should be.:
400 — for pipes with a diameter less than 76 mm;
200 for pipes of other diameters.
3.3. Checking the external and internal surfaces and sizes, as well as flaw detection (if the requirements of paragraph 2.2.14) is subjected to each pipe of the party.
3.4. The chemical composition of the steel take on the document about the quality of the manufacturer of the workpiece.
3.5. For testing of tubes in tension and to control the microstructure of the party selected by the two tubes for each test.
If the party five or more pipes, select a pipe.
To control the hardness of selected 2% of tubes (but at least two of the party).
3.6. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator thereon, a second test of the doubled sample from the same batch. The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.
Allowed the manufacturer to conduct routine inspection of the tubes.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. For each test, except test macrostructure and hardness, from each selected pipe cut out one sample. To control the macrostructure of the samples taken from both ends of the pipe, and for pipe diameters greater than 299 mm with a wall thickness of 30 mm and more — from one end of the pipe. To determine the number of samples allowed to apply statistical methods of control.
4.2. Inspection of pipes is carried out visually. The depth of the defects check adproval or otherwise. Allowed to control the geometric dimensions and surface quality of the pipes with special devices.
4.3. Chemical analysis of steel pipe is carried out according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.1−22536.6 GOST, GOST 12344−12365 GOST, GOST 22536.14, GOST 18895.
To determine the chemical composition of the steel samples are taken according to GOST 7565.
Allowed to apply other methods of analysis, ensuring accuracy in accordance with specified standards. The differences in the evaluation of product quality the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to specified standards.
4.4. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10006 on the longitudinal proportionate short sample. Test speed up to yield strength should be not more than 10 mm/min, yield point is not more than 40 mm/min.
4.5. Allowed to control the mechanical properties of pipes non-destructive methods. The differences in the assessment of the quality tests carried out according to GOST 10006.
4.6. The hardness test is carried out according to GOST 9012 on both ends of the pipe.
Allowed to determine the hardness of the specimens intended for the tensile test and the macrostructure.
Allowed to control hardness non-destructive methods. In the event of dispute, the test performed according to GOST 9012.
4.7. Macrostructure of the metal pipes checked for ProTrainer cross ring sample in accordance with GOST 10243.
4.8. Pipe shall be subjected to flaw detection by nondestructive methods according to normative-technical documentation.
When using the ultrasonic pulse echo method of flaw detection inspection of the tubes is carried out according to GOST 17410.
The control metal on volosovichi for steel 38H2MYUA carried out according to normative-technical documentation.
4.9. Control the length of the pipes lengths and dimensional performed by means of measurement, measurement error not exceeding ±2 mm for pipes up to 6 m, not more than ±3 mm for pipes longer than 6 m and not more than ±10 mm for pipes of random length.
4.10. Control the curvature of the pipes is carried out with a straight edge according to GOST 8026 or GOST 8328и probe on the other 2−034−225.
At the request of the consumer, they control the total curvature of the pipe. The scope and frequency of monitoring are established by the manufacturer. Control the total curvature of the pipe is carried out using taut strings and the measuring ruler according to GOST 427.
4.11. Control of the outer diameter and wall thickness of pipes is carried out by measuring the error of measurement which shall meet the requirements of GOST 8.051.
Allowed to control the outer diameter of the caliber-brackets with the Executive dimensions according to GOST 18360, 18365 GOST, GOST 24853.
