1 Scope
This standard applies to hot-rolled steel rolled hexagonal cross-section (hereafter rental) inscribed circle diameter from 8 to 103 mm inclusive.
2 Classification. Basic parameters and dimensions
2.1 rentals are divided as follows:
— accuracy rolling:
high — B1;
ordinary — B1;
— symmetric limit deviations:
high — B2;
common — B2;
— plus extreme deviations in the diameter of the inscribed circle to B3;
— length:
dimensional — MD;
measuring with non-standard length — MD1;

In the supply of rental with dimensional random length (MD1) dimensional with random length (КД1) and bounded by random length (EA1) is allowed rental of random length not more than 5% of the batch weight.

2.2 nominal inscribed circle diameter, limit deviation, cross-sectional area and weight of 1 m of length of hire shall be as specified in figure 1 and in table 1.

2.2.1 hire with precision rolling B2 (table 1) allowed to produce with plus extreme deviation equal to the amount of the limit deviation for diameter of inscribed circle (W3).
2.3 rental are made in bars.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) hire are made in rolls.
2.4 rental produce length from 2 to 6 m, inclusive.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) hire produce random length in the range of 3 to 13 m, inclusive, with 10% of bars from the batch weight can have a lesser length but not less than 75% of the minimum length.
2.5 Limit deviation made on the length of hire exact or multiple lengths shall not exceed the values given in table 2.

2.6 the Difference of the distances between parallel faces rolled in one cross section shall not exceed 75% of the sum of limit deviations stipulated in table 1.
For hire precision B1 inscribed circle diameter up to 32 mm inclusive by agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) the difference of the distances between parallel faces rolled in one section should not exceed 70% of total extreme deviations stipulated in table 1.
2.7 dulling the corners of the hire groups of BU and VU shall not exceed the values given in table 3.

2.8 curvature of the rolled bars should not exceed the values given in table 4.

2.9 the curvature of the rolled measured at the site length of at least 1 m at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the end of the rod.

2.11 the size of the rental and the blunting of the angles measured at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the end of the rod and at least 1,5 m from the end of a coil with a coil weight up to 250 kg and not less than 3,0 m at a mass skein over 250 kg.
2.11.1 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) dimensions rolled in, dulling the corners and the curvature of the rolled measured at a distance of not less than 150 mm from the end of the rod.
