It is allowed in place of aluminum soluble in acids, to determine its total mass fraction, while the rate increases by 0.005%. Partial replacement of aluminum with titanium is allowed: the total mass fraction of aluminum and titanium should be at least 0.015%, the mass fraction of titanium - not more than 0.020%, the mass fraction of aluminum soluble in acids - not less than 0.005%. The microalloying of niobium and (or) vanadium steel to 0.05 and 0.10%, respectively, or other grain refining admixtures is permitted in agreement with the consumer.
