According to GOST 5521-93, the mass fraction of nitrogen is allowed up to 0.012%, provided that KCU ≥ 294 kJ / m 2 is provided in the rolled product after mechanical aging at 20 ° C. It is allowed in place of aluminum soluble in acids, to determine its total mass fraction, while the rate increases by 0.005%. Partial replacement of aluminum with titanium is allowed: the total mass fraction of aluminum and titanium should be at least 0.015%, the mass fraction of titanium - not more than 0.020%, the mass fraction of aluminum soluble in acids - not less than 0.005%. Microalloying of steel niobium and vanadium is produced jointly or by one of them.
