General Characteristics
Grade 015Х14Н19С6Б belongs to high-alloyed austenitic steels. It has high resistance to intergranular corrosion of base metal and welded joints, it is used in aggressive environments. It is used in the production of welded chemical equipment for the synthesis of 85-98% HNO3, at temperatures up to 110 °C by the nitrate-magnesium method.

Production
This material is classified as stainless, corrosion-resistant, common, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel. It is smelted in electric arc furnaces. The production of semi-finished products is normalized by the following specifications: 14-1-4978-91; 14-1-4723-89; 14-1-4795-90; 14-1-4724-89; 14-1-4800-90; 14-3-1854-92 and fully meets the strict requirements of the state standard. The following types of rolled products are produced: round, pipe, wire, sheet, strip.
Processing
During hot stamping, and rolling at the initial stage of the technological process the temperature is 1150 °C, and at the end of the process - about 900 °C. This steel is satisfactorily cutable. Welding is carried out by argon arc welding and wire rods Св-015Х14Н19С6Б and Св-02Х8Н22С6 are used as filler material.
