Production

Alloy 03N14Cr4M2T2-VI is melted in an induction vacuum furnace in accordance with technical specifications: 14-1-5201-93. The following types of rolled products are made of this steel: rounds, pipes, wires, sheets, strips. During hot stamping, rolling and forging, the temperature at the initial stage of the technological process is 1170 °C, and at the end it is about 900 °C. Pipes can be produced seamless - solid drawn, and by welding - electrically welded. The production of a circle is done by stamping the metal to a predetermined shape. The circle is often used in the form of forgings, i.e. an intermediate billet for further processing.

This alloy belongs to the group of martensitic-aging steels. It fully complies with the strict requirements of the state standard.
