Description
03Х17Н14М2 steel is used: for the manufacture of welded parts of enhanced chemical durability in the pulp and paper, chemical and textile industry; equipment for the production of wool and artificial silk; equipment operating in contact with sea water; equipment for display of films; boiler drums; capacitive equipment for waste oil and for coking plant.

In view of the lack of this brand in GOST 5632-72, the chemical composition is given in accordance with the steel grade 03Х17Н14М3 with a decrease in the mass fraction of molybdenum in accordance with the marking (by approximately 1%).
