The value |
Weldability |
Welded all types of welding. The most favorable from the point of view of getting the best viscosity and plasticity are manual arc welding and automatic submerged arc welding with a cooling rate of 20 °C/s. |
Pressure treatment |
The temperature of forging: start - 1150 °C, the end - 850 °C. the Steel is easily worked both hot and cold conditions. |
Features of heat treatment |
The recommended heat treatment of steel: hardening in air or in water from 900 °C. |
Corrosion resistance |
Steel 04Х15СТ stable (2-3 corrosion resistance) in solutions of nitric, citric, acetic, oxalic acids at room temperature and in weak solutions of sodium chloride and acetic acid at the boiling point. |
