Description

08KH17N15M3T steel is used: for the manufacture of welded structures operating under conditions of boiling phosphoric, sulfuric, 10% acetic acid and sulfuric acid media intended for long-term service at operating temperatures to +600 °C; the urea synthesis urea; as a cladding layer in the manufacture of hot-rolled dual-layer corrosion-resistant sheets.

Products with wall thickness up to 10 mm is to be cooled in the air, more than 10 mm in water. Welded parts of complex configuration in order to avoid the leash is to be cooled in the air. To give steel the greatest plasticity and the elimination of the structure of the Sigma phase quenching is recommended when heated to the upper limit. Heat treatment nesvorny products to relieve internal stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking should be carried out in the following mode: heating up to 900±10°C, exposure time of 2-3 h, air cooling. Welded components manufactured from steel hromonikelevoj with the use of unregulated electrodes, to remove residual stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking should be subjected to heat treatment regime: heating to a 1020-1060 °C, exposure 2 h, air cooling. Products for welded low carbon pure austenitic electrodes, heat-treated to relieve residual stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking should be carried out according to mode: heating to a 1020-1060 °C, exposure 2 h, cooling with the furnace to 300 °C, then in air. Products, welded electrodes, stabilized by niobium, should be termoobrabotki to relieve residual stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking according to the mode: heating up to 1100-1140 °C, exposure 2 h, cooling with the furnace to 300 °C, then in air.
