OKP codes are given in Appendix A.
3.2.1 In the lead used for the manufacture of alloys and articles in which specified impurities are components of the allowed mass fraction of impurities not to limit, and in agreement with the consumer to increase their rate to the level of the mass fraction in the respective alloy, and lead free stamp set for the rest of the impurities. Regulated in table 1 mass fraction of lead should be reduced by the amount of the alloy components.
3.3 Lead free made in the form of ingots with a flat base or vzaimoponimanii shapes, ingots, and blocks.
Produce ingots weighing 30 to 40 kg, blocks 1, 2 and 3 T. of Acceptable deviation mass units ±10%.
The shape and size of the blocks and ingots, and bars set in agreement with the consumer.
3.4 the Surface of ingots, blocks, and ingots of lead must be free of powdery oxides and impurities (slag, brick, etc.). Allowed color of a tint, white coating and shrinkage. Ingots, blocks, and ingots should not be layered.
3.5 Each pig, block and ingot of lead must be marked with the trademark of the manufacturer and batch number.
3.6 To indicate the brand of lead ingots, ingots, and blocks on the end face applied with indelible paint one stripe of the following colors:
red — for the grade S0;
green — for the brand S1S;
— white — brand S2S;
— yellow for brand S2;
blue — for brand C3;
brown — brand S3S.
Ingots, blocks, and ingots of lead of C1 grade paint is not marked.
Each package should be specified: the number of pigs in the package sequence number of package, net weight.
On each block, and the ingot of lead, for long-term storage, the top surface must be specified the sequence number of a block or ingot net weight.
By agreement with the consumer allowed when forming ingots in packages color-coded to cause only one pig of the top row of the package.
Transport marking under GOST 14192.
Lead, intended for export labeled in accordance with the order of foreign trade enterprises.
Allowed to put on the top surface of package water resistant digital marking by hand.
3.7 Lead ingots transporterowych in universal containers according to GOST 18477 or formed into packets.
Packs of pigs should meet the following requirements:
— number of rows in the package — from 5 to 7;
— the number of pigs in the series — 5 PCs.;
— the number of pigs in the package — from 25 to 35 PCs.;
— weight of package — not more than 1500 kg. To eliminate overloading of the car allowed a reduction in the number of rows of pigs in separate packages.
Packs flat ingots and pigs vzaimoponimanii forms must be bound with a steel packing tape, stretched and fastened in the lock-jaw machines.
The lock feature on the upper base of the package. The upper free end of the strip in the belt is cut at the castle at an angle of 90°. The length of the bottom of the folded end of the tape should not exceed 70 mm. Tape thickness 0.9−1 mm, width 30 mm, a rupture strength not less than 35 kgf/mmaccording to GOST 3560.
Laying schemes and bonds of the pigs of lead in the packages are given in appendices B and C.

4 safety Requirements
Safety requirements when working with lead from the manufacturer and the consumer — technological documentation in accordance with GOST 12.3.002, GOST 3.1120.
5 acceptance Rules
5.1 taking the Lead parties. The party should consist of lead of the same brand and must be issued a document about quality that contains:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— name of the product and its brand;
— the batch number;
— the weight of the batch and the number of packets, blocks or ingots;
— the results of the analysis;
— date of issue;
— the designation of this standard.
The weight of the batch shall not exceed 500 tons
5.2 To check the mass and chemical composition of lead from each batch selected 2% of pigs, not less than 5 PCs and 10% blocks and ingots, but not less than 3 pieces.
At the factory a sample of lead taken from the liquid metal uniformly in the filling process of the batch of metal in the beginning, middle and end.
Mass fraction of arsenic, tin, antimony, and amounts of magnesium, sodium and calcium in the lead of all brands the manufacturer determines periodically, at least once per month.
Mass fraction of chromium in the lead of stamps C0, intended for the manufacture of minium, the manufacturer determines periodically, at least once in 6 months.
5.3 Checking the quality of the surface subjected to all pigs, blocks and ingots within the party.
5.4 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.
6 Methods to control
6.1 To monitor the chemical composition of the selected lead ingots drill drill diameter 10−20 mm. Designated entry and exit of the drill cleaned to a depth of 0.3−0.5 mm. Pig drilled at six points — three on the top and bottom surfaces, with one drilling is carried out in the middle and two on the distance of the diagonal from corner to a depth equal to half the height of a pig.
Allowed to acquire a sample by sawing or milling. Each pig is sawed or milled in three places — in the middle and at equal distances from the middle, approximately the length of the pig.
Surface pigs at the sampling sites cleaned of dirt and oxidation with a wire brush, grinding or scraping to obtain a clean metal surface.
Sampling is carried out dry, without the use of coolants and lubricants, with reasonable speed (to avoid overheating and oxidation).
A sample of blocks and ingots were taken by cutting two opposite diagonal corners for the entire height of a block or ingot.
Shavings and sawdust, taken from all pigs, ingots or blocks, is mixed. The resulting merged sample is ground by shear to the particles size of 3−5 mm, thoroughly mixed and treated with a magnet, then cut kvantovanie to obtain a laboratory sample weighing at least 2 kg Laboratory sample is divided into two equal parts, one of which is passed for analysis, the other stored as a duplicate.
6.2 Sampling from liquid metal is carried out by casting test bars. The shape and weight of the test bars is not regulated. On the manufacturer allowed the joint trial to prepare in the form of cylinders in an amount of not less than three.
Selected joint trial if necessary cut to obtain a sample weighing at least 3 kg.
The laboratory sample is divided into two parts, placed in plastic bags in which to put the labels with the date of sampling, batch number and the names of probatoria. One part of the sample transferred to the analysis, the other stored at the factory for 6 months.
6.3 Analysis of lead is carried out according to GOST 20580.0 — 20580.8 GOST, GOST 26880.1, GOST 26880.2 or GOST 8857.
On the manufacturer is allowed to conduct analyses by other methods, accuracy is not inferior to the standard.
If there is disagreement in assessing the quality of lead chemical composition is determined by GOST 20580.0 — 20580.8 GOST, GOST 26880.1, GOST 26880.2 or GOST 8857.
6.4 Mass fraction of lead is determined by the difference between 100% and the sum of the normalized mass fraction of impurities in%.
6.5 surface Quality of pigs, ingots and blocks of lead checked visually, without the use of magnifying devices.
