4.3 Approximate the purpose of zinc antifriction alloys and operating conditions of the products given in Appendix A.
5 test Methods
5.1 Chemical composition of alloys determined according to GOST 23328, GOST 25284.0-GOST 25284.8. Allowed to determine the chemical composition by other methods of equal accuracy standard.
If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 23328, GOST 25284.0-GOST 25284.8.
5.2 determination of the mechanical properties of the alloys under tension is carried out according to GOST 1497.
Samples for tensile tests on alloys processed by pressure, should be cut along the direction of rolling.
Testing of casting alloys is carried out on separately cast samples.
5.3 hardness test should be carried out according to GOST 9012.
