(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2).
2−7. (Deleted, Rev. N 1).
8. The contents of components and impurities determined in three parallel test portions taken from one sample, not less than three control experiments for inclusion in the definition of the relevant amendment for contamination of reagents.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
9−12. (Deleted, Rev. N 1).
13. The control accuracy of the analysis is carried out using standard samples of composition or by a method of additives, or by comparing the analysis results obtained are fundamentally different standardized methods in accordance with GOST 25086−87 at least once a month, and also when replacing the reagents, solutions and equipment, after long interruptions and other changes that affect the results of the analysis.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
14. Safety requirements
14.1. In the analysis of samples of lead-antimony alloys are used reagents which have a deleterious effect on the human body: sulfuric, nitric, hydrochloric and acetic acid, ammonia, arsenic, ethyl ether, phenol, chloroform. They can enter the body through respiratory organs, gastrointestinal tract, skin, and cause damage to the nervous, blood and cardiovascular system, upper respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, liver, kidneys, eyes and skin, metabolic and endocrine disorders.
In working with these substances should follow the safety requirements outlined in the normative-technical documentation on their production and use, as well as GOST 12.3.002−75.
14.2. Chemicals should be stored in specifically designed for each substance place in closed cans, jars or other vessels. Each vessel must be marked with the exact name of the substance and its characteristics.
Storage of toxic substances shall be performed in accordance with the rules of storage of highly toxic substances at the enterprises of nonferrous metallurgy.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
14.3. When performing tests, it is necessary to observe the basic rules of safe work in chemical laboratories*.
