* In coordination with the consumer the mass fraction of bismuth is allowed up to 1·10%. ** In the lead used for the manufacture of the alloy, the content of bismuth is not limited to, if the bismuth is a component of the alloy |
3.2.1 the Absence of gallium in lead of high purity is provided by the technology lead.
3.3 Lead of high purity is manufactured in the form of ingots: grades S0000 — weight 0.3 kg, brand S000 — a mass of 5 kg, brand S00 — weight 6 and 25 lbs. Permitted weight deviation of ±10%.
3.4 the Surface of lead ingots of high purity must be clean, without oxides and powdery white residue.
3.5 Marking of lead ingots of high purity applied to the shipping container or on the label trademark of the manufacturer, name of product, batch number.
Transport marking under GOST 14192.
For lead brand S0000 on each box is applied to manipulation signs «Fragile. Caution», «Hermetic packaging» according to GOST 14192.
3.6 Lead all brands packaged in plastic film, then wrapped with paper.
Lead brands S0000 and S000 are Packed in boxes type I according to GOST 5959 (gross mass must not exceed 6 kg).
Lead, Packed in plastic film or crates of type I according to GOST 5959, additionally placed in boxes of the type II-1 according to GOST 5959 (gross mass must not exceed 10 kg) or types I, II-1, II-2, III-1, III-2 according to GOST 2991 (gross mass should not exceed 200 kg).
Lead, intended for export are Packed in boxes according to GOST 24634 with the additional requirements specified in the purchase order.
4 safety Requirements
4.1 safety Requirements when working with lead high purity from the manufacturer and the consumer — technological documentation in accordance with GOST 12.3.002, GOST 3.1120.
5 acceptance Rules
5.1 Lead of high purity taking parties. The party should consist of lead of the same brand and to be issued a document about quality that contains:
— trademark or name of manufacturer and its trademark;
— name of the product and its brand;
— the batch number, weight (net) of the party;
the chemical analysis results;
— date of manufacture;
— the designation of this standard.
The document about quality put into the box. The label is applied to the letter «D». At the request of the consumer the document about quality is put in every box.
5.2 For the determination of chemical composition of lead samples taken from each ingot.
At the factory a sample of lead taken from the liquid metal.
5.3 Quality of surface and ground bars test on each ingot.
6 Methods to control
6.1 To determine the chemical composition of lead taken of the joint sample made up of spot samples.
Surface bars pre-cleaned to a depth of 0.5−1.0 mm. Clean surface of the ingot is forbidden to touch.
To obtain spot samples from each ingot with a knife made of titanium or tantalum, cut small pieces.
Selected from all bullion pieces are combined, stirred and reduce kvantovanie to obtain a sample weighing not less than 160 g
Sampling from liquid metal to lead all brands carried out by casting ingots in a graphite mold of trapezoidal section length of 50−60 mm, height 20 mm and thickness in the middle part of the height 10 mm. Weight of each ingot 150−170 g.
The prepared sample is divided into two parts and placed in plastic bags. Plastic bags are made, put in paper bags, which indicate the date of sampling, batch number and the name of probatoria. One part of sample intended for analysis, the other kept as control for 6 months.
6.2 General requirements for methods of analysis GOST 22306.
6.3 Chemical composition of lead is determined according to GOST 22518.1 — GOST 22518.4.
Allowed to use other normative documents on methods of analysis if their accuracy is not inferior to the indicators stipulated standards.
In the case of disagreements in the evaluation of the chemical composition evaluation was carried out according to GOST 22518.1 — GOST 22518.4.
6.4 controlling the surface quality of ingots is carried out visually, without the use of magnifying devices, mass — weighted.
7 Transportation and storage
7.1 the Lead of high purity transporterowych covered all kinds of transport in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to the transport of each species, and postal parcels.
Rail lead transporterowych small shipments (one cargo to another consignee).
7.2 Lead stored in closed premises in the manufacturer’s packaging without contact with a metal corrosive substances and dust.
8 manufacturer’s Warranty
8.1 the Manufacturer guarantees the conformity of lead high purity requirements of this standard under the conditions of transportation and storage. Shelf life is unlimited.
