3 REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Sampling and sample preparation of alloys to the analysis carried out according to GOST 24231, 28053 GOST, GOST 19424, 21438 GOST, GOST 25140, 21437 GOST and other normative documents for specific products.

3.2 Mass concentration was calculated based on the third significant digit.

3.3 the contents of the element in the alloy is set on two parallel portions (definitions).

3.4 the Divergence between the results of the parallel determinations should not exceed the allowable given in the standards methods for determining elements.

3.5 For the analytical result should be the arithmetic mean of two parallel definitions, to meet the requirements of 3.4.

3.6 in the control of accuracy of analysis results on the standard samples of composition played mass fraction of component in the standard sample should not differ from the certified characteristics by more than ГОСТ 25284.0-95 Сплавы цинковые. Общие требования к методам анализаwhere ГОСТ 25284.0-95 Сплавы цинковые. Общие требования к методам анализаis the absolute acceptable standards for methods of analysis of the discrepancy between the results of primary and repeated analyses of the same samples obtained by the same method under different conditions (different time, different performers, with the reagents from different batches).

3.7 in the control of accuracy of analysis results by the method of additions was found, the magnitude of the additive should not differ from the entered by more than ГОСТ 25284.0-95 Сплавы цинковые. Общие требования к методам анализа, where ГОСТ 25284.0-95 Сплавы цинковые. Общие требования к методам анализаand ГОСТ 25284.0-95 Сплавы цинковые. Общие требования к методам анализаis the absolute maximum discrepancy between the results of the analysis of the sample with additive and without additive, respectively.

3.8 Requirements for safety — according to normative documentation approved in the established order.
