In silicon intended for the chemical industry, the mass fraction of titanium should not exceed 0.2% with a corresponding decrease in the mass fraction of silicon. According to the manufacturer's agreement with the consumer for silicon semiconductor production, as well as for special purposes, silicon grade Kr0 with a mass fraction of aluminum does not exceed 0.3%.
