Description
Alloy RS-4400 is used: for the manufacture by vacuum-thermal deposition of thermally stable, thin-film resistive elements and various auxiliary layers of electronics; to obtain resistive layers with high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesion and stable operation for extended periods of time at temperatures up to 400 °C by the method of explosive evaporation from the tungsten evaporator.
