An amendment made by the manufacturer of the database
1. This standard applies to joints of steels and iron-Nickel alloys and Nickel-based performed by submerged arc welding, and establishes the basic types, design elements and dimensions welded joints.
The standard does not apply to welded joints of steel pipelines according to GOST 16037.
2. In the standard the following notation methods submerged arc welding:
AF — auto-on weight;
Aff — automatic flux on the pillow;
AFM — automatic on flutamide lining;
AFO — automatic for the remainder of the lining;
AFP — auto on copper slider;
AFS — automatic with advanced overlay Podarochnoe seam;
AFC — automatic with advanced back weld of the root;
MF — mechanized on weight;
MFI — mechanized for the remainder of the lining;
IDF — mechanized with advanced overlay Podarochnoe seam;
IFC — mechanized with advanced back weld of the root.
