Fe is the basis.
According to GOST 27772-88 for steel smelted in electric furnaces, the content of N ≤ 0.012% is allowed. When smelting steel from the Kerch ore, the mass fraction of arsenic does not exceed 0.15%, while the mass fraction of phosphorus should not be more than 0.030%. For steel C345 it is possible to add aluminum and titanium from the calculation of the mass fraction of titanium at the rolling mill of 0.01-0.03%. At the request of the consumer in steel, the mass fraction of phosphorus should not be more than 0.030%, and sulfur - not more than 0.035%.
