1. This standard applies to parts from malleable cast iron with zinc coated and uncoated with cylindrical pipe thread, designed to connect water and gas pipes (with sealer) in heating, plumbing, gas pipeline and other systems in terms of non-aggressive media (water, saturated steam, combustible gas, etc.), when the temperature of the working media is not above 175 °C and the conditional pressure: 1.6 MPa (
16 kgf/cm
) with the conditional passages is not more than
40 mm and
1 MPa (
10 kgf/cm
) with the conditional passages
of 50−100 mm.
