(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. The pipes are accepted by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size and class. The number of tubes in the party are set by the manufacturer.
3.2. Appearance, dimensions and ability to withstand hydraulic test pressure is tested for each tube.
3.3. To check the mechanical properties of the selected one pipe from the party.
At the request of the consumer to test for hardness can be subjected to 1% of the tubes from the party.
3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Inspection of pipes produced without the use of magnifying devices.
4.2. To control the mechanical properties of the selected pipe cut three specimens for testing on the ring strength.
After the test one of the samples is used to determine hardness.
4.3. Test of bending strength shall be performed on the rings with a width of 25 mm, cut from the smooth pipe end. The ring is supported by two diametrically disposed supports and is loaded by these supports from the inside (damn.5).
Damn.5
4.4. To control the strength of metal using bending test, compression from the selected pipe cut one circular sample of a width of 0.5 — mm to 600 mm inclusive 300 mm to over 600 mm.
The sample is mounted on mounted on the press lower prismatic metal support with inclined inner faces, and forming an angle of 15° c horizontal surface and having a top rubber gasket is not thicker than 15 mm, a hardness (60±5) shore.
Sample load attached to the press top metal bar with a rubber pad the same thickness and hardness. Width of the metal strips must be:
30 mm | — for pipe diameter | up to 300 mm | incl.; |
60 mm | «" « | 400−600 mm | «; |
100 mm | «" « | 700−1000 mm | ». |
To sample the applied load (Fig.6) and gradually increase up to the sample destruction no earlier than 15 s. Load at failure of the specimen is fixed at the indication arrow mark on the scale siloizmeritelya press.
Damn.6
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.4. Limit bending strength, compression and stretching of the annular sample (or module) in PA (kgf/mm) is calculated according to the formula
