Description
19NKH alloy is usedas the active layer of the thermostatic bimetallic, is used for making sensitive to the temperature change of the elements of control and measuring instruments and apparatus.
When using alloy grade 36N and the active layer of the alloy 19NKH made thermobimetals brand ТБ129/79 (ТБ1323), which is used for the manufacture of heat-sensitive elements of devices (relays, regulators, pulse sensors, fuses, etc.).
When using alloy grade 42N and the active layer of the alloy 19NKH made thermobimetals brand ТБ103/70 (ТБ1032), which is used for the manufacture of heat-sensitive elements of devices (machines, network security, relay, etc.).
Note
Thermobimetals ТБ129/79 (ТБ1323) with high coefficient sensitivity (18,5−22,5)·10-6 deg-1, with a high specific electrical resistance (0,76−0,83) Ohm·mm2/m.
Thermobimetals ТБ103/70 (ТБ1032) with the average response factor (15,5−18,5)·10-6 deg-1, with an average specific electrical resistance (0,67−0,73) Ohm·mm2/m.
