Description
75GND alloy is usedas the active layer of the thermostatic bimetallic, is used for making sensitive to the temperature change of the elements of control and measuring instruments and apparatus.
When used as passive layer of the alloy grade 36N made thermobimetals brand ТБ200/113 (ТБ2013), which is used for the manufacture of heat-sensitive elements of the devices (thermal relay, fuse, thermometers and so on.).
When used as passive layer of alloy 45NKH made thermobimetals brand ТБ160/122 (ТБ1613), which is used for the manufacture of temperature-sensitive elements is heated by electric current devices (circuit breaker protection network, relay, etc.).
Note
Thermobimetals ТБ200/113 (ТБ2013) with high coefficient sensitivity (30−36)·10-6 deg-1, with a high specific electric resistance (the 1.08−1.18) Ω·mm2/m.
Thermobimetals ТБ160/122 (ТБ1613) with high coefficient sensitivity (23−28)·10-6 deg-1, with a high specific electric resistance (1,18−1,27) Ohm·mm2/m.
