1 Scope
This standard applies to pipes and N-shaped cross section high precision and surface finish of aluminium and aluminium alloys intended for the manufacture of waveguides.

3 Classification
3.1 Pipe waveguides are divided as follows:
in the form section:
— rectangular — OL,
— H-shaped — BUT;
for precision manufacturing:
— normal accuracy — no symbol,
— high precision — V.
3.2 N-shaped tubes are made only of high accuracy for pipes — normal and high precision.
3.3 Rectangular and H-shaped pipe is supplied in cold-worked condition — N.
4 Basic parameters and dimensions
4.1 the cross-sectional Dimensions of and tolerances for rectangular tubes of normal accuracy should conform to the values given in figure 1 and in table 1.

4.4 Rectangular tubes put in random lengths, gauging and multiple of gauging length. N-shaped pipe is supplied in random lengths, fixed lengths and multiple lengths ranging from 1500 to 2500 mm. maximum deviation for pipes measuring and multiple gauge length should not exceed 15 mm.
4.5 Curvature (deflection) of N-shaped pipes must not exceed 2 mm per 1 m pipe length.
4.6 designation of the pipe shall contain:
— brand aluminium or aluminium alloy;
— delivery condition;
— cross-sectional shape;
— section dimensions (length, width for the section of the pipe wall thickness);
— precision workmanship (normal accuracy — no symbol, precision);
— length (random — no symbol; measuring point specified size; dimensional, multiple lengths — KD indicating the multiplicity);
— the designation of this standard.

4.7 Theoretical weight of 1 m of pipe calculated based on nominal sizes when the density of aluminum brand AD0 and aluminium alloy brand AD31, equal to 2.71 kg/DMin accordance with GOST 4784. Theoretical weight of 1 m pipe is given in Appendix A (tables A. 1 and A. 2).
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the present standard of aluminum brand AD0 and aluminium alloy brand AD31 with the chemical composition according to GOST 4784.
5.2 Pipe manufactured by hot pressing and subsequent cold deformation.
5.3 Rectangular tube made of aluminum brand AD0 and aluminium alloy brand AD31, H-shaped is made of aluminum brand AD0.
5.4 Internal surface of the pipe must be smooth and pure, without captivity, sinks, delaminations, nicks, dents, grooves and scratches. Not permitted individual longitudinal risk depth of more than 0.05 mm. the Traces of processing in the form of light streaks, stains, ripple rejection characteristic are not.
5.5 Outer surface of the pipe must be clean, without cracks, delaminations, nicks, transverse scratches, nonmetallic inclusions, spots of corrosion origin. Not allowed local defects (scratches, burrs, slivers, sinks, dents), if they take the pipe for the lower limit deviation of the wall thickness.
5.6 surface roughness Parameter RA of the inner surface of 1.25 microns in accordance with GOST 2789.
5.7 Mechanical properties of tubes made of aluminum brand AD0 as supplied must meet the following requirements:
— tensile strength — not less than 58.8 MPa (6 kgf/mm);
— elongation — not less than 12%.
5.8 Mechanical properties of pipes of aluminium alloy brand AD31 as supplied must meet the following requirements:
— tensile strength — not less of 117.6 MPa (12 kgf/mm);
— elongation — not less than 4%.
5.9 Mechanical properties of H-shaped pipe section 17,55x8,15mm alloy AD0 not reglamentary.
5.10 Torsion of rectangular tubes of 1 m length of the pipe should not exceed 2 mm.
5.11 the Internal cross section of rectangular ducts shall be rectangular. The deviation from right angle ±1°.
5.12 Pipe supply without anticorrosive coating.
5.13 Other technical requirements — GOST 18475.

8 Warranty the manufacturer
8.1 the manufacturer guarantees the conformity of pipes for waveguides with the requirements of this standard if the conditions of transportation and storage.
8.2 Guaranteed shelf life of tubes to 10 years from the date of manufacture.
