5 Technical requirements
5.1 Profiles are produced in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner. Profiles are produced from aluminium brands AD0, and AD1 aluminum alloys D1, D16, and Amg2, Amg3, AMg5, AMg6, AMC with the chemical composition according to GOST 4784 and aluminum alloy VD1 of the brand with the chemical composition according to GOST 1131.
5.2 Profiles are produced after the bending roll forming mills.
5.3 Mechanical properties of profiles should correspond to the mechanical properties of strips from which they are made.
5.4 Surface profiles must be clean, free of cracks, spots of corrosion origin.
5.5 On the surface is allowed due to the production method of the scratches, risks, incisions, abrasions, fingerprints in the form of dents and bulges, sunsets, Nadira, salaminian and roughness, if they control the sweep does not show profile beyond the negative tolerance. The total area of permissible defects shall not exceed 15% of the surface profile for each meter of length.
5.6 technological Traces of grease, spots and stripes from an emulsion of grease and burnt looking signs are not.
5.7 On the edges of the profiles allowed the burrs with a height of not more than 0.2 mm.
6 acceptance Rules
6.1 Profiles take parties. The party should consist of profiles one brand of aluminum or aluminum alloy, the same material state that is the same size and decorated the same document about quality that contains:
— trademark or name of the manufacturer and trademark;
— the name of the consumer;
— brand aluminium or aluminium alloy delivery condition;
— the designation (number or code);
— the batch number;
the weight of the party;
— date of shipment;
— the designation of this standard.
6.2 To determine the chemical composition selected two profiles from the party. Allowed the manufacturer to determine the chemical composition of aluminium and aluminium alloys for each cast. Each melt is subjected to chemical analysis for the determination of alloying components and the main impurities. Other impurities not determined.
6.3 Checking the surface quality and geometric dimensions is carried out on 5% of profiles from the party, but no less than two profiles.
6.4 Mechanical properties of the profiles are not defined.
