2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The surface of ingots shall not have bays, Nikitin, SAG, slag and other foreign inclusions.
On the surfaces of large ingots are not allowed cracks, the depth exceeding 10 mm.
2.1.1. Allowed traces of Stripping or cutting defects.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
2.2. Pig in the fracture should not contain slag and other foreign inclusions.
2.3. Alloys, designed to handle the pressure, can be produced in the form of ingots.
The shape and size of ingots, as well as the requirements for their quality must meet regulatory and technical documentation approved in the established order.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Pig apply to the acceptance of the parties. The party should consist of ingots of one size and one brand, of one or more heats and be accompanied by a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
grade;
rooms heats;
batch number;
the weight of the batch;
the results of the determination of the chemical composition of each heat;
the designation of this standard.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
3.2. Quality control of the surface subjected to each pig.
3.3. To check break take 1% of the ingots from each heat, but at least two pigs.
The sample size for testing fracture of large pigs weighing 200 kg or more is set by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
3.4. To control the chemical composition of pigs selected at least two ingots from each heat.
To control the chemical composition of the ingots on the manufacturer is allowed to take samples from each heat at the beginning and end of the casting.
3.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator thereon, a second test of the doubled sample taken from two pigs check the bottoms.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Control of surface quality and fracture produce visually, without the use of magnifying devices.
To check for fracture check every pig nadpilivayut at half height and break.
The procedure for verification of large pigs weighing 200 kg or more internal defects is established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
4.2. Selection and preparation of samples for the determination of chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 24231. Drilling of ingots is carried out to a depth of not less than 50 mm.
