B. 3 testing and calculation of results
B. 3.1 To determine the time resistance of the sample is subjected to tension under the action of the smoothly increasing load to failure. The greatest load prior to failure of the specimen is assumed as the load R, the corresponding temporary resistance.
Rupture strength () MPa (kgf/mm), calculated with accuracy up to 0.1 MPa according to the formula
. (B. 2)
B. 3.2 Relative elongation of the sample after rupture , %, with an accuracy of 0.1% is calculated by the formula
, (B. 3)
where is the initial gauge length equal to 100 mm;
— the gauge length after rupture.
To determine the length of the calculated part of the specimen after the rupture destroyed a part of the pattern is densely formed so that their axes form a straight line.
If after the test in the place of break a gap caused by partial chipping of metal and other reasons, it is included in the length calculation of the sample after rupture.
B. 3.3 the Test will be considered invalid:
— at break of the specimen in the grips of the testing machine or outside the estimated length (in the determination of elongation);
— at break of a sample for defects of metallurgical production (rassai, gas shells, slivers, etc.);
— the formation of two or more of the tear;
— when errors are detected in the test.
In these cases, the tensile test should be repeated on the selected from the same batch or a new melting samples. The number of test samples recognized as invalid instead must match the number of invalid tests.
B. 4 processing of the results
The results of each test recorded in the test report.
The test report submitted to the Department of technical control to populate the document about quality.
Annex b (mandatory). A method of determining raskatyvaete foil
The App
(required)
This method establishes the procedures for conducting the test to determine raskatyvaete foil.
The purpose of the testing is to determine the degree of raskatyvaete fully annealed aluminum foil.
Ease of raskatyvaete is determined by the degree of slidenote between turns.
This test is applied to aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.006 to 0.050 mm.
B. 1 General test conditions
Testing is conducted at ambient temperature. Prior to the test cut the top coils with a test roll at least 3 mm.
Hang the test coil high enough so that the foil can be easily unwound by hand.
B. 2 testing
Hang a roll of aluminum foil, for which you are testing. Line raskatyvaete must lie in the same horizontal plane as the axis of the roll.
Cut end of the foil must be located in a position corresponding to 12 hours on a clock face. Rewind foil to a position corresponding to 3 or 9 hours on the dial (depending on which way is the unwinding of the roll), and release the foil. If the foil is spontaneously unwound to a position corresponding to 6 h, the coil is characterized by the degree of raskatyvaete A.
If the foil is spontaneously unwound, unwind the free end of the foil one more complete revolution to a position corresponding to 3 or 9 hours on the dial, and release the foil. If in this case the foil is spontaneously unwound to a position corresponding to 6 h, the coil is characterized by the degree of raskatyvaete V.
In that case, if the foil is spontaneously unwound, unwind the free end of one revolution and repeat the procedure to match the degree of raskatyvaete S.
Acceptable degree of raskatyvaete think of degree A, b, C.
Appendix d (mandatory). Rules for storage aluminum foil
Appendix D
(required)
Aluminum foil is susceptible to corrosion, which in the majority of cases occur under the influence of moisture, extreme temperatures and exposure to different chemical compounds, and mechanical damage. When careless handling of the rolls are easily clogged ends formed on the surface dings and nicks, preventing further free unwinding of the foil when using it.
With the aim of preserving the consumer properties of aluminium foil required strict implementation of following rules.
G. 1 Prohibited conduct unloading of rolls of aluminum foil on the ground. In wet weather and winter time unloading the foil should be held in a special vestibule or under a canopy on a clean and dry loading dock, in the conditions, completely eliminates the ingress of moisture to the rolls of foil.
2 it is Strictly forbidden to throw or turn over boxes with the finished products.
3 In exceptional cases, when the forced delay boxes with foil in the open area, be sure to cover them with a tarp or any other covering material to protect from rain. The time of the forced storage at the open area should not exceed 5 days. Long-term storage of aluminum foil on the open areas is strictly prohibited.
G. 4 In the cold season, to avoid condensation of moisture on the surface of the rolls of foil (condensation or), it is prohibited to make and unpack the boxes in a warm room. Warehouse space for storage aluminum foil should be equipped with a special auxiliary premises with air temperatures above the outdoor temperature, but below the temperature of the warehouse. Daily changes in temperature in the warehouse should not exceed plus 5 °C.
G. 5 In order to avoid formation inside the coiled coils condensate are not allowed to carry the rolls of foil in the room with the difference of the ambient temperature exceeding + 15 °C.
6 G. Aluminum foil should be kept Packed in the auxiliary room to achieve the temperature of the space, then the products are sent to the warehouse where it is aged for at least a day before unpacking.
7 storage room for long-term storage, the aluminum foil must be heated, ventilated and kept clean. In the warehouse should be maintained minimum possible relative humidity, but not more than 80% and temperature not below + 5 °C.
G. 8 In the warehouse should be no access of moisture, the condensation of steam and various gases that contribute to the development of corrosion of aluminium (chlorine, smoke, ammonia, etc.).
G. 9 Strictly prohibited storage along with aluminum foil of any chemicals, actively acting on the aluminum, and materials with high humidity.
G. 10 When working with aluminum foil, you should use cotton gloves.
11 to Keep the aluminum foil on the floor of the warehouse is strictly prohibited. The foil must be stored uncompressed on clean racks, upholstered in a soft material, or on racks suspended away from the heating and plumbing systems, open doors.
Shelving and rack storage foil must be made of metal or wood having a moisture content not exceeding 18%.
G. 12 Rolls of foil in widths up to 200 mm is placed on the ends and put cushioning material according to GOST 7376. The rolls of foil width of 200 mm is placed horizontally, separating the rows of cushioning material according to GOST 7376 or other materials to maintain the quality of foil.
Note — Rolls of foil with thickness less than 0.020 mm is recommended to be stored on racks in limbo.
G. 13 Laying on racks wet aluminum foil rolls is strictly prohibited. In case of condensation or coils should be wiped dry with a clean soft material, especially paying attention to the ends, and only then put on the shelves.
14 Stored in the warehouse of aluminum foil shall be subjected to periodic inspection. Periodic inspection of aluminum foil in an amount of 5% of the party should be since it bookmarks the first time in one month, and then every two months. In case of detection of corrosion inspection exposed the whole party, which discovered corrosion roll. Keep fit aluminum foil together with corrosion metal is not allowed. Corrosion foil should be immediately withdrawn.
G. 15 subject to the above storage conditions the manufacturer guarantees the preservation of all consumer properties of the foil soft (annealed) for 6 months and hard (cold-rolled) for 12 months from the date of issue of the document about quality (see 6.1).
