2.4. When calculating the mass of 1 m of the profile cross-sectional area accept at face value and material density is taken equal to:
aluminum brand AD1 — 2700 kg/m;
aluminum alloys D1 and AM4 — 2800 kg/m.
2.5. An unspecified corner radii of the profiles must be no more than 0.5 mm.
2.6. The local curvature of the profile must not exceed 5 mm per 1 m length.
Allowed by agreement of the parties to produce the profiles with the local curvature does not exceed 2 mm per 1 m length.
2.7. Twisting of profiles around the longitudinal axis should not exceed 5° per 1 m length.
Allowed by agreement of the parties to produce profiles with a torsional angle of not more than 2° per 1 m length.
2.8. Profiles are extruded with subsequent drawing, are made of random length from 1,5 to 3 m.
Allowed in the party, cropped profile with a length of not less than 0.7 m in the amount of 10% of the batch weight.
2.9. The length of the profiles manufactured by cold extrusion, established by agreement of the parties.
2.10. The profiles must be cut at right angle. Cut end Squareness, mm should not exceed 3°, and output profiles outside the sample length.
3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Profiles should be made:
N 1 — aluminum brand AD1 according to GOST 4784;

The total length of the segments of the profile with these defects should not be more than 15% of the entire length of the profile:
nicks, voids, scratches, risks, tracks changes, with depth, for outputting a limit deviation, if the length of the profile with these defects does not exceed 10 mm and the number of such segments is not more than two 1 m lengths;
color tint, dark and light spots and stripes, traces of Stripping defects in the abrasive wheel in the longitudinal and circular grooves with a depth of not more than 0.1 mm.
3.6. The roughness parameter of the profile must be no more than 100 according to GOST 2789.
At the request of the consumer profiles are supplied with a surface finish of 3.2.
3.7. The macrostructure of profiles should not have cracks, utain and tears.
