The rolls of foil packets and foil, interleaved with cardboard according to GOST 9347 or plywood, wrapped in paper according to GOST 8273 and pack in solid wooden (plastic) boxes. The free space in the box filled with soft packing material to protect the foil during transport from mechanical damage. Allowed boxes to be placed in cloth bags.
Can be applied to other types and materials of packaging, ensuring the safety of the foil during transportation and storage.
5.2.3 Boxes (bags) sealed or sealed. The seal (stamp) needs to have a clear impression.
5.2.4 In each case attached to the bag tag point:
— the name of the consumer;
— the net mass, g;
— gross mass, g;
— the parcel number.
Additionally, the tag may contain other necessary information (for example, the value of the parcel, the name of the manufacturer and his address, registry, prints of the seals, the index of the storeman-packer, quality control Department stamp, etc.).
Allowed transport marking under GOST 14192 with the indication of manipulation sign «Fragile. Caution."

6.1 Foil take parties. The party should consist of foil the same size and same grade of steel or alloy. The weight of the batch is not limited.
6.2 dimensional control and surface quality of the foil is carried out on each coil or 25% of the leaves from the party foil, but no less than five sheets.
If unsatisfactory results of the inspection of dimensions and surface quality on at least one sheet of foil, repeat tests are carried out at twice the number of sheets of foil selected from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
6.3 To check the chemical composition of a consumer selects three sheets of foil from the party, manufacturer — a sample from each heat.
If unsatisfactory results on the chemical composition of it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample or the sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
6.4 Physico-mechanical properties of the foil are given in Appendix B are for reference purposes only and are not controlled.
6.5 checking the packaging and the gross mass of the packing is subjected to every place.
7 control Methods
7.1 the Width and length of the foil is measured with a metal ruler according to GOST 427 or caliper according to GOST 166.
The thickness of the foil in the coil is measured at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the end of the roll and not less than 10 mm from the edge, the thickness of the foil in sheets — not less than 25 mm from the vertex of the angle and not less than 15 mm spring-steel head for GOST 28798 with the rack according to GOST 10197.
The measurement is required for both ends and the middle part of the foil sheet.
The thickness of the foil width up to 40 mm measured in the middle part.
Allowed the use of other measuring instruments providing the required accuracy.
7.2 Control of the surface quality of the foil produced by inspection without the use of magnifying devices. The presence of through-holes are in control of watching the foil on the light screen.
7.3 the Mass of the foil is determined on laboratory weights according to GOST 24104, the gross weight of the boxes — on weights according to GOST 29329.
7.4 Chemical composition determines:
— gold — GOST 27973.0, GOST 27973.1, 27973.2 GOST, GOST 27973.3;
