Notes 1 Number of coils (coils) low mass should not exceed 15% of the batch weight. 2 By agreement with consumer it is permitted deviation of the mass of wire on spool (coiled) from the values listed in this table. |
5.1.12 Theoretical weight of 1 m of wire of platinum and its physical and mechanical properties are given in appendices A and B.
5.2 Labeling, packaging
5.2.1 On the sides of each coil should be marked with a number and the mass of the coil (in hundredths of a gram).
5.2.2 Each coil (a coil) of wire is accompanied by a label, which must include:
— trademark of the manufacturer;
— designation of wire;
— the mass of the wire, g;
— the batch number.
5.2.3 wire Spool, Packed into plastic or cardboard boxes, and rolls of barbed wire, wrapped in paper according to GOST 8273, must be Packed in solid wooden boxes.
The free space in the box filled with soft packing material to protect the wire from mechanical damage.
Can be applied to other types of packaging and materials, ensuring the safety of wire during the transportation and storage.
5.2.4 the Boxes are sealed, or seal the wax seals of the manufacturer. The seal (stamp) needs to have a clear impression.
Transport marking under GOST 14192 with the indication of manipulation sign «Fragile. Caution."
5.2.5 gross weight of the box should be no more than 10 kg.
6 acceptance Rules
6.1 Wire take parties. The party should consist of wire of the same brand, same diameter, same delivery condition and furnished by a single document about quality that contains:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— designation of wire;
— the batch number;
value ;
— number of coils (coils) in the party, PCs;
— mass fraction of platinum, %;
— a lot of wire in the party, g;
— date of manufacture;
stamp of technical control.
The weight of the batch is not limited.
6.2 Checking of surface condition, measure the diameter and mass of the wire is subjected to each coil (a coil), verification of the gross mass of each box.
6.3 To determine the values of the select 5% of coils (coils) from the party, but not less than two.
Note — the definition of the values for wire diameter greater than 0.5 mm is carried out on samples with a diameter of 0.5 mm.
6.4 Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results, it conducted a re-test at twice the sample taken from the same batch. Results are unsatisfactory re-test the test is subjected to each coil (a coil).
6.5 To determine the chemical composition, the consumer selects one coil (a coil) of the party, manufacturer — a sample from each heat.
6.6 quality Control the labeling and packaging is subjected to each coil (a coil), box.
7 control Methods
7.1 wire Diameter is measured in two locations at a minimum distance of 100 mm from each other in two mutually perpendicular directions in each measured section. Simultaneously determines out-of-roundness as the difference between the largest and smallest diameters measured at one cross section. The measuring instrument should have an accuracy of no more than half of the limit deviation specified in table 1 for the measured diameter of the wire. The measurements are carried out measuring spring head according to GOST 28798с installation in a rack according to GOST 10197 (as for the settings on the nominal diameter use measures of length end according to GOST 9038) lever or micrometer according to GOST 4381.
Allowed the use of other measuring instruments providing the required accuracy.
7.2 Surface and the quality of winding wire diameter of 0.1 mm or less, check with a 16increase in diameter over 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm — with a 7increase in diameter more than 0.5 mm without the use of magnifying devices.
7.3 the Value determined by the method of the manufacturer, designed in the prescribed manner.
7.4 the Mass of the wire is determined on the laboratory scales of accuracy class II (high accuracy class) according to GOST 24104. The gross weight of the boxes define the scales according to GOST 29329.
7.5 Chemical composition is determined by GOST 12226, GOST 22864 or other methods, certified in the prescribed manner and providing the requirements of this standard.
7.6 Marking and packaging checks visual inspection.
8 Transportation and storage
8.1 During transportation and storage of wire shall be protected from mechanical impacts, moisture and aggressive media.
Storage conditions — 1 (L) according GOST 15150.
8.2 Transport, storage and recording of wire is carried out in accordance with the rules of storage, transportation and accounting of precious metals.
9 manufacturer’s Warranty
9.1 the Manufacturer guarantees the conformity of a wire of platinum to the requirements of this standard, under the conditions of transportation and storage prescribed by this standard.
Warranty period — 15 years from date of manufacture.
