	Description
	Platinum PL 99, and 93 is used: for the manufacture of semi-finished products (sheets, tapes, strips, foils, wire, pipes, profiles, forgings) by hot or cold deformation used in instrument and apparatus building; and discontinuous sliding contacts; medical accessories; parts of a glass melting apparatus.

 According to GOST 13498-79 the total content of impurities of palladium, iridium and rhodium should be ≤ 0.040%. Total admixtures (the sum of all impurities indicated in the table, as well as impurities of palladium, iridium, rhodium, nickel, aluminum, antimony, zinc, tin and silver) should be ≤ 0.070%. 
 According to GOST 13498-2010, the total content of impurities of iridium, rhodium and ruthenium should be ≤ 0.050%. Total impurities (the sum of all the impurities indicated in the table, as well as the impurities of iridium, rhodium and ruthenium) should be ≤ 0.070%.
