5. REISSUE


This standard applies to hot-rolled and cold-rolled anodes used for cadmium plating of parts by electroplating.

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. The anodes manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

1.2. Basic parameters and dimensions

1.2.1. The dimensions of the anodes and limit deviations should conform to the requirements given in table.1.

1.3. Features

1.3.1. The anodes are made of cadmium and brands Кд0 Кд1 with the chemical composition according to GOST 1467.

1.3.2. The surface of the anodes should be without bowls, cracks, prisoner and free from contamination, hinder visual inspection.

1.3.3. The anodes should be evenly cut.

1.3.4. Features basic performance

1.3.4.1. The thickness, width, length of the anode and limit deviations thereon shall be as given in claim 1.2.1.

1.3.4.2. Allowed on the surface defects (scratches, dents, nicks and injections), not deducing the anode at reference sweep for tolerances for the thickness and color of a tint.

1.3.4.3. Cut end Squareness, mm should take anodes for tolerances for width and length.

1.3.5. Characteristics of performance that are installed at the customer’s request

1.3.5.1. The requirements for surface quality are placed on the samples approved in the established order.

1.3.6. Characteristics of performance established by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer

1.3.6.1. The anodes are allowed to produce intermediate thicknesses with extreme deviations for the next greater thickness shown in table.1.

1.3.6.2. The anodes are allowed to produce other sizes in width and length, with maximum deviations in width and length and requirements for surface quality set by agreement with the consumer.

1.3.6.3. The anodes are allowed to make from the two uncut edges.

1.4. Marking

1.4.1. Each anode shall be embossed or wet erase paint indicated:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

mark of cadmium;

the thickness of the anode;

stamp of technical control;

batch number.

1.5. Packaging

1.5.1. Anodes transporterowych in containers according to GOST 18477 and GOST 15102 without pack.

At the request of the consumer anodes are Packed in boxes type III according to GOST 2991 or the 48−21−777 (type 1−1).

By agreement with the consumer allowed to use other boxes according to normative-technical documentation, strength is not inferior to the above and ensure quality safety of products in accordance with GOST and GOST 26838 21140.

Consolidation packages to transport packages weighing up to 1250 kg is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26663. Overall dimensions of the packages according to GOST 24597. The formation of packages on pallets according to GOST 9557 or without pallets with the use of wooden bars with dimensions 50x50 mm. For binding use wire according to GOST 3282, the tape according to GOST 3560, or other methods and means of formation of packages according to normative-technical documentation with the requirements of GOST 26663, GOST 21650.

1.5.2. Packaging of anodes for the far North and equivalent areas of the churchyard 15846 in the group «Metals and metal products."

1.5.3. Transport marking — according to GOST 14192 with the application of manipulation sign «Afraid of dampness».

1.5.4. On each package shall be marked:

trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;

weight gross, net;

stamp of technical control;

designation of the anode.

2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1. Anodes accept batches of less than 3,000 kg. the Party should consist of one brand of cadmium, the same size and section, precision manufacturing and be accompanied by a document about quality that contains:

trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;

the symbol of the anodes;

batch number;

the weight of the batch net.

2.2. To control the quality of the surface and the dimensions of the anodes used single-stage normal sampling plan for the alternative characteristic in accordance with GOST 18242, with the acceptance level of defects is 2.5%. The sampling plan given in table.2. The selection of anodes in the sample is carried out «blindly» (by the greatest objectivity) according to GOST 18321.

Note. If the lot size does not exceed 5 anodes, each check is subjected to the anode of the party.


The batch is rejected if the number of defective anodes in the sample that do not meet the requirements of table.1 p.1.3.4.2, is greater than or equal to the acceptance number given in table.2.

Allowed the manufacturer the quality control of the surface and the dimensions of the anodes to carry out the manufacturing process while ensuring the quality of the anodes with the requirements of this standard.

Allowed the manufacturer if unsatisfactory result of controlling each anode of the party.

2.3. To determine the chemical composition of the anode is taken three or three boxes from the party. From each selected box take one anode. Allowed the manufacturer to carry out the sampling from the molten metal.

2.4. If unsatisfactory results of chemical analysis it conducted a re-test at twice the sample.

The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.

3. CONTROL METHODS

3.1. The inspection of the surface of the anodes is carried out without the use of magnifying devices. Quality control of the surface of the anodes is carried out with a given probability of 97.5% (ГОСТ 1468-90 Аноды кадмиевые. Технические условия=2,5%).

3.2. The thickness of the anode is measured at a distance of not less than 15 mm from edges and not less than 100 mm from the vertex angle of the anode caliper according to GOST 166. The width and length of the anodes is measured by the measuring ruler according to GOST 427.

Control the size of anodes is carried out with a given probability of 97.5% (ГОСТ 1468-90 Аноды кадмиевые. Технические условия=2,5%).

3.3. To determine the chemical composition of each selected anode take one sample. Sampling is carried out according to GOST 24231.

Analysis of the chemical composition of the anodes is carried out according to GOST 12072.0 — GOST 12072.10 or churchyard 17262.1 or other methods of equal precision specified. If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 12072.0 -GOST 12072.10.

3.4. Cosine of the cut is determined in accordance with GOST 26877.

3.5. Allowed to use other testing methods, providing the required accuracy. If there is disagreement in the definition of the indicator monitoring is carried out by the method specified in the standard.

4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

4.1. Anodes transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to transportation of the species; by rail of small or carload shipments.

4.2. The anodes are stored in covered premises, which excludes contamination of the active chemicals. Anodes shall be protected from mechanical damage. Under these conditions the properties of anodes are not changed.
