Pipe shall be manufactured from copper-zinc alloy grade l96 according to GOST 15527−70.
(New edition, Rev. No. 1).
2.2. Pipe shall be manufactured in the solid state.
2.3. The outer and inner surfaces of the tubes shall be clean and shall not have shells, shells, markings, a Crescent of streaks and bubbles.
Allowed individual surface defects, slivers, shell, the risks, if they are in control not the sweep output tube for maximum deviations in size.
The party allowed no more than 5% of the tubes with dents with a depth of not more than 0.25 mm.
Water stains on the exterior of the tubes be permitted.
2.4. The tube should be trimmed evenly and must not have burrs.
2.5. Deviation from the cross-sectional shape and raznoshennoy tubes shall not withdraw their sizes for maximum deviations accordingly, the outer dimensions and wall thickness.
2.6. Measuring curvature of tubes shall not exceed:
0.7 mm — for tubes up to 250 mm;
1.0 mm — for tubes with a length of over 250 to 450 mm;
1.5 mm — for tubes with a length of 450 mm. St
Random local curvature of tubes shall not exceed 5 mm per 1 m length.
The total curvature of random tubes shall not exceed the limit of the local curvature of 1 m at the length of tubing in meters.
At the request of the consumer, the local curvature of random tubes shall not exceed 3 mm per 1 m length.
(Changed edition, Rev. No. 1).
2.7. The tensile strength for round pipes with a diameter of 10 mm should be 48 — 58 kgf/mm2 (470,4 — 568,4 MPa) for pipes of other sizes 40 — 60 kgf/mm2 (392 — 588 MPa).
2.8. The tube must be sealed.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Tube take parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size and decorated the same document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
grade;
the size of the tubes;
the weight of the batch;
batch number;
the designation of this standard.
The mass of the party must be not more than 70 kg.
(Changed edition, Rev. No. 1).
3.2. Check outer surfaces subjected every tube party. Testing internal surface of the measuring tube is subjected to each tube. To check the inner surface of off-gage pipes select five tubes from the party.
3.3. To test for leaks and to check the mass of 1 m tube take 2 kg of the tubes from the party.
3.4. To control external dimensions and wall thickness are selected five tubes from the party.
3.5. To control the length and curvature take 1 kg of the tubes from the party.
3.6. The tensile strength of the material of the tubes to be checked periodically at least twice per year in the two tubes from the party.
3.7. Chemical analysis carried out on two tubes from the party. On the manufacturer’s chemical analysis may be performed on the samples taken from the molten metal.
3.8. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator thereon, a second test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. The surface quality of the pipes checked by inspection without the use of magnifying devices.
The inspection of the inner surface of the tubes must be made by viewing them on a light box.
The inspection of the inner surface of off-gage pipes is carried out on segments with a length of 250 mm.
To check the depth of defects allowed the control sweep surface of the tubes with sandpaper grain size of not more than No. 5.
4.2. Control the outside dimensions and wall thickness are produced using a micrometer according to GOST 6507−90.
To control the wall thickness of each of the selected tubes, cut samples of length 150 mm and cut them lengthwise.
