2. ACCEPTANCE
2.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same brand of bronze, one size shall be furnished in one document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
the symbol of the pipes;
the results of the tests (at the request of the consumer);
batch number;
the weight of the batch.
Allowed to issue a single document the quality of several batches of pipes of the same size and the same brand of bronze shipped at the same time to the same consumer.
The weight of the batch should not exceed 5,000 kg.

2.3. To check the mechanical properties of the party taken to determine the strength and relative elongation after rupture of two pipes; hardness Brinell — five pipes.
In the control of mechanical properties is carried out tensile test (tensile strength and elongation after fracture) or hardness.
At the request of the consumer, conduct the tensile test and hardness. Tubes for the manufacture of separators of rolling bearings, experience tensile and hardness.
2.4. To check the chemical composition of the pipe selected two pipes from the party. Allowed on the factory sampling to conduct molten metal from each heat.

2.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator thereon, a second test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
3. CONTROL METHODS
3.1. Control outer surface of the pipe is carried out by inspection without the use of magnifying devices.
The control of internal surface of pipes is carried out the visual display of the lighted screen.
3.2. Measurement of outer diameter and wall thickness of pipes is carried out with a Vernier caliper according to GOST 166.
