3 Terms and definitions

This standard applies the following terms with respective definitions:

3.1 the seamless round tube: a Hollow product of round in cross section, having a uniform nominal wall thickness, which at all stages of production has a continuous circumference.

3.2 round welded tube: a Hollow product of round in cross section, having a uniform nominal wall thickness, are manufactured by longitudinally welding the rolled workpiece.

3.3 out-of-roundness (deviation from circular shape): Difference between the largest and smallest values of the diameters measured at one cross section perpendicular to the tube axis.

3.4 nominal wall thickness: wall Thickness specified in the order.

3.5 raznoshennoy (thickness variation, the deviation from concentricity, the cross raznoshennoy): the difference between the largest and smallest values of wall thickness measured in single cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, expressed in millimeters. Raznoshennoy can also be expressed in percent relative to nominal wall thickness.

3.6 Bay: the portion of the product, continuous wound windings.

3.7 measuring length: the Product of a certain length, specified in the order, straight leg, or in the Bay.

3.8 multiple length: Cut integral multiple of the number of core length with an allowance for cutting and a tolerance on the overall length.

3.9 random length: the Product in the direct segment, having a length within the specified range.

4 Assortment

4.1 pipe Sizes are determined by the outer diameter, wall thickness and length.

4.2 nominal outside diameter and nominal wall thickness cold-drawn tube must correspond to the values indicated in table 1.

4.8 the length of the pipe manufactured in lengths and coils.

In stretches of pipe made:

— random lengths from 1 to 6 m — cold-drawn and extruded;

— dimensional length or multiple of fixed lengths within the random lengths — cold.

Note — it is possible to supply extruded and cold-deformed pipes with a length less than 1 m, but not less than 0.5 m, not more than 10% of the mass of the party.

In coils weighing not more than 150 kg pipe manufacture:

— length less than 10 m with an outer diameter up to 10 mm inclusive, and wall thickness up to 1,5 mm incl. — pulled.

4.9 tolerances for the length of the pipe lengths shall be as specified in table 7.

5 Technical requirements

5.1 Basic implementation

5.1.1 Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

5.1.2 Drawn and cold-rolled pipes made from brass brands L63 and L68, extruded — brass brands L60 and L63, LS59−1,

Lzhmc59−1-1 with the chemical composition according to GOST 15527.

5.1.3 Pipe produce cold-drawn and extruded.

Cold drawn tubes manufactured in a soft, chetvertogo and semi-solid States (with the removal of internal tensile stresses).

5.1.4 External and internal surface of pipes must be free from dirt and oxidation that impede a visual inspection, no cracks, delamination, captured, bubbles and shells.

Allowed some small surface defects: slivers, dents, nicks, grooves, scratches, scores, if they do not withdraw pipe for maximum deviations in size when the control sweep of the place of the defect before the uninstallation.

On the surface of the pipes allowed koltsevatost, color tint, redness and traces of edits.

On the inner and outer surfaces of the drawn and cold rolled pipe welded blanks allowed traces the joint and separate longitudinal risks on the seam, if the seam passes the test on flattening.

5.1.5 Pipe should be trimmed evenly and should not have a significant Burr on GOST 15467.

Cocina cutting of pipes shall not exceed the values given in table 8.

5.1.6 Raznoshennoy should take the pipe sizes for the limit deviation for wall thickness.

Ovality for cold-deformed tubes in a semi-solid state with wall thickness not less than 1/30 of the outer diameter at the sections and extruded tubes with a wall thickness of not less than 1/15 of the outer diameter should not withdraw the pipe dimensions limit deviations for outer diameter.

Ovality is not set for:

— pipes made in the coils;

— cold-deformed tubes in the soft state;

— cold-deformed tubes in chetvertogo and semi-solid States with a wall thickness of less than 1/30 of the outer diameter;

— rolled tubes with a wall thickness of less than 1/15 of the outer diameter.

5.1.7 Cold, chetvertichnye and semi-hard tubes with an outer diameter of 12 mm in segments, and extruded pipe needs to be straightened. Curvature of 1 m of pipe length must not exceed the values given in table 9.

The total curvature should not exceed the curvature for 1 m pipe length total pipe length in meters.

The curvature is not set:

— for pipes made in the coils;

for cold-deformed tubes in chetvertogo and semi-solid state with an outer diameter less than 13 mm;

for cold-deformed tubes in soft condition.
